Lulu and Yvonne and Tshedy went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.

the wifi had issues twice. and i work from wifi

Not good and other better properties in the vicinity can be considered at the same price point
Pros:

Room size was good

Cons:

The hot water tap on wash basin was not working in such a cold whether
The caretaker Lulu was manipulative and used to lie on very small things. She is not properly trained for hospitality
No room heater in such a cold weather
The utensils provided alongside the microwave were not microwave friendly so cannot be used inside microwave and also the fork and knife provided were very old and were worn out with repeated use
Too much noise from outside and no soundproofing inside the room
The trash bin provided in the room was open with no lid
