The location is good, close to the centre. The air conditioning in the living area worked fine. The cleaning ladies deserve a special mention: despite the language barrier, they were always friendly and made a real effort to help us with whatever we needed.
We arrived to the apartment that clearly hadn't been cleaned or prepared. There were pills scattered on the floor and a pair of dirty boxers on the window ledge. When we went to reception, the response was to hand us a broom and tell us to throw the underwear in the bin ourselves.
There wasn't enough bed linen or bath towels for the number of guests booked. Nothing was prepared for the 5th guest: we had to set up the mattress ourselves, and it was full of holes and hadn't been cleaned. There is also nowhere for that person to store any luggage.
The listing describes a kitchen, but there are no plates, no cutlery and no microwave. Just a fridge and a kettle with a blackened bottom.
Maintenance issues everywhere: the bathtub drain is blocked (water pools across the whole tub), the bathroom tap is broken, the living room glass is broken, and the TV doesn't work and can't be switched to another language. The air conditioning doesn't reach one of the bedrooms, which gets extremely hot. Wi-Fi only works in the living room, not in the bedrooms. And at a beach destination, there is nowhere at all to hang clothes to dry.
Toilet paper ran out repeatedly, and asking for more was always a problem. The reception staff were not friendly.
Finally, the listing states there is soundproofing throughout the apartment, which is not true. That was one of the specific reasons we chose this place over another option.

Die Lage ist ideal für einen Besuch des Yachthafens von Bodrum. Restaurants, Märkte, Cafés und Taxistände befinden sich im Umkreis von 100 Metern.
Расположен прямо напротив Марины Бодрума. До замка Петра 15 мин пешком. Не плохой турецкий завтрак. Одного вареного яйца на человека мало, поэтому заказывали дополнительно омлет.
Кошки гуляют по всему отелю и забираются в номера. Присутствует соответствующий запах. Могут пометить ваши вещи. Некоторые полотенца застираны до дыр. Можно было бы их поменять. Горячая вода идет непредсказуемо, чередуется ледяная с кипятком.
great location, nice staff
First room was freezing and wouldn't heat up. Was moved to another room which heated up but there was a dead bug on the dresser beside the bed and an alive bug on my pillow in the morning.
The ceiling in the bathroom was very mouldy.
The staff was very nice, had excellent manners and were very helpful//It’s located centrally to the most important sights which makes it very walkable//The fridge was pre-filled with free drinks//They are very nice to cats and we had a breakfast buddy on the first day, which we loved.
I hate to give a lower rating because the staff was so nice but I have to be honest. The WiFi was so slow we had to use mobile data all the time. Also, the room was tiny, and we felt the pictures on Booking were misleading. What bothered us the most though was that it was very dirty: the trash can hadn’t been emptied from the previous guest, there was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom, when you walked barefoot your feet were black because the floor was so grimy, the bathroom door handle already came off halfway…I don’t think it’s fair to rent out a room in this condition ):
