Excellent value, clean and comfortable with friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and attentive, offering room cleaning daily. Water, coffee and a kettle were in the room and it was nice to have a window to let natural light in. The AC was great and the room was clean, and very rare for such a good price the bathroom had a seperate shower and toilet! One street over there are a ton of local places to eat, from small street stalls to restaurants. There is also a Corner shop 5 monutes a way and a bigger shopping centre about 15 minutes walk. You can also walk to the beach in about 10-15 minutes. Overall I was very impressed at the quality for the price, much higher than most standards in this range and better than I expected!

Cons:

The WiFi is not great but it is serviceable, I could even have a few video meetings and I always get a simcard so it wasn't an issue.

Все очень не профессионально
Ждал пока ко мне придёт мастер чинить раковину в районе 3 часов также постоянно в отель заезжает большие группы Школьников студентов на ихний ночной шум никто даже не пытается сделать замечание шумоизоляция в отеле такая как будто стены картонные я хочу ещё отметить девочку ресепшн которая ведёт себя крайне непрофессионально и на все мои замечания сказала что типа что вы хотите у нас отель две звезды молодая девочка ресепшена я думаю будет понятно кто это она только одна такая ведёт себя крайне не профессионально неуважительно я сделал замечание на перестала со мной здороваться и прощаться в общем на одну ночь сойдёт а так честно говоря настал крайне неприятных впечатление

all in one nice hotel, with typical vietnamese problems.
Pros:

The location was great, the room was clean, no insects. Shower is hot, water and 3 in 1 coffee free if u stay 2 days or more. One girl at the reception speaks English which is great actually.

Cons:

However the room they show on the pictures with big window seemed to be non-existant, so i got a room with much smaller window, however, there was enough light too. They let me change the room due to problems with toilet, though, which was not really working.
There were flowers in the room which is nice but 1 more conveniently located socket would be better.

Pros:

Location is great. 10 minutes walk from the beach with lots of restaurants around. The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable.
The staff gave me access to a room after the checkout so I can shower before me flight.
The hotel has a rooftop with table. It is nice to watch the sunset.

Cons:

Staff doesnt speak english, but we can manage using a translation app.
I sent a few message to the hotel before I arrive but unfortunately they never answered.

Pros:

The room was overall nice and very clean. The location of the hotel is good because it's close to many shops and bars but still on a quiet street. The city beach is close too.

Cons:

The staff doesn't speak English at all. The hot water in the shower only comes after a long wait and the pressure is poor. The toilet was leaking which resulted in a puddle of water on the bathroom floor.

Newly built hotel and the hotel located in a quiet street, a bit far the beach but surrounded by many cafes, restaurants, services

Pros:

very helpful staff. when our train was stuck and wouldn’t be moving for 5hours they sent a car to pick us up and drive us to hotel very helpful saved us hours on the train not moving.

nice roof top view cute to bring your own drinks up to also very big rooms.

Pros:

clean, spacious room with comfy bed. Located on quite street too and close to all activity. Great considering the price!

rather thin walls so you could hear your neighbours easily if they were loud (which ours were)

Good place to stay if you visit Qui Nhon as a solo traveller.
Pros:

Room is clean, not big but doesn't feel small. The hotel is 15 minute walk from the beach, loads of stuff to eat on the way there. I'm quite happy with the room for this price. :)

Cons:

The TV doesn't have any Netflix account but I wanted to watch some. There was Youtube though.

If you need somewhere to stay? Come here. But, there's better options for less.
Pros:

I usually never write a bad review, but this room was quite dirty.
Staff was very, very nice. But they can't be nice enough to improve the quality of the room. It isn't their fault.

Cons:

Room was dirty. Feet marks on the walls all around the bed.
The bathroom drain system is connected to neighboring rooms. You can hear everything.
Extremely noise pollution coming from other rooms underneath doors.
