Pause dans un hôtel cosy détente avec jardin
Pros:

La déco alliant l’ancien et le moderne est très réussie et donne un ensemble cosy , confortable et chaleureux.
Le personnel de la réception est très attentionné, merci !
Le choix personnalisé de son type oreiller selon ses besoins est très appréciable et les lits sont très confortables.
La présentation recherchée du petit déjeuner et les produits sont exceptionnels ! Enfin du bon café dans un hôtel ! Nous avons mangé 2 fois au bar de l’hôtel: c’est bon et les prix sont raisonnables( 85€ pour 4 boisson et plat ) .
L’hôtel est à moins de 15 min de l’aéroport dans une partie de la ville avec des serres et des jardins partout !

Cons:

Nous sommes déçus d’avoir du payer la location du terrain pour le tennis padel . Le lieu n’étant pas à la hauteur du reste de l’établissement au niveau de ses aménagements .
Le bassin du bain chaud dans la serre à ananas manque de finitions : les parois en béton brut laissant par endroits apparaître la fibre de verre laissent un goût d’inachevé. Les marches sont trop hautes pour entrer et sortir du bain . On a l’impression de se baigner dans un bassin qui n’est pas prévu à cet usage . Il y a de la mousse partout sur les pavés autour c’est glissant . Le concept est une excellente bonne idée mais manque selon moi d’être abouti .

A wonderful hotel with lots of amenities, great location and very friendly staff
Pros:

Loved the breakfast and the lovely ladies at breakfast. The pineapple hot tub was amazing and great after a long day of hiking! Food in Magma restaurant was delicious as well. The bar staff were really friendly too with great drinks on offer and pool table.

Cons:

It would have been nice to be able to go to the Asian restaurant for a drink but you could only go up there with a dinner reservation.

Nahezu perfekter Aufenthalt
Pros:

nettes Personal (sehr zuvorkommend), super Früshstücksbuffet, sehr nahe an einem Supermarkt um Wasser oder sonstiges zu holen, nahe am Zentrum (Ponta Delgada), rundum super Aufenthalt, wir würden wiederkommen :-)

The staff were amazing. Friendly, cared about our experience. If you are coming to Ponta Delgada, it’s a must stay!!

Cons:

The only slight thing is the bed is a little hard for my taste but did not prevent great sleep. In fact the staff even changed out the pillows to make my stay even better.
