Der Garten, Pool, sowie der Wellnessbereich inkl. Pilates. Die Lage ist super. Von der Terrasse oben hat ma einen schönen Ausblick.

Cons:

Schallisolierung ist bei 0. wir haben Nachbarn gehabt, die etwas feiern wollten und haben jede Bewegung im anderen Zimmer mitbekommen. Das Zimmer war schon sehr einfach eingerichtet. Für diesen Preis erwartet man etwas mehr als einen Vorhang anstatt dem Kleiderschrank.

Beautiful spot
Pros:

I visited Senhora da Rosa several times during my stay in São Miguel to enjoy both the restaurant and the spa, and I was genuinely impressed.

Although I was not a hotel guest, I was made to feel very welcome from the beginning. Filipa helped coordinate my restaurant reservations and spa appointments, which made everything easy and stress-free.

The spa was a lovely place to relax. I particularly enjoyed the treatments and appreciated the peaceful atmosphere.

I also had dinner at the restaurant on several occasions. The food was consistently excellent, with fresh ingredients, beautiful presentation, and attentive service. Every meal was enjoyable, and there was clear attention to detail from both the kitchen and service teams.

What I appreciated most was the friendliness and professionalism of everyone I met. The team created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made me look forward to returning each evening.

I would happily recommend Senhora da Rosa to anyone visiting the Azores and hope to stay at the property on a future visit.

A beautiful rainforest retreat with outstanding staff and a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere.
Pros:

We stayed in one of the detached huts and absolutely loved it. The landscaping was exceptionally well done, creating the feeling of being immersed in a rainforest when looking out from the terrace and main window. The vegetation also provided excellent privacy between the individual huts. The entire property felt peaceful, natural, and very relaxing.

The staff were wonderful throughout our stay—always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything we needed, whether it was extra water for a hike, lending an umbrella, or answering questions about the island. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for.

Nothing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Gorgeous hotel with a welcoming staff!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel! Gorgeous furnishings and design. Loved the gardens and spa offerings. Great cocktails at the bar and excellent breakfast. Staff was exceptional!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Senhora da Rosa in Ponta Delgada. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for by the entire staff. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly maintained.

Pros:

It was a beautifully appointed hotel that felt luxurious. It also had a sustainable ethos. Breakfast was very good. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. We were sorry not to have used moreof the facilities.

Cons:

The rooms felt rather humid and had a musty smell at times. We needed to use A/C to combat this.
