Pros:

We've travelled from the UK to Saudi Arabia for our Umrah journey and arrived at around 5:00 a.m the next day of booking. The children were exhausted after the long journey, so we wanted to get some rest before continuing to Makkah to perform Umrah.

Unfortunately, our booking had been cancelled because the manager thought we would not be arriving, as our flight had been delayed. After speaking with the manager and explaining the situation, he kindly offered us a discounted rate since we only needed the room for around four hours to rest. The rate also included breakfast.

We enjoyed breakfast, had some much-needed rest and refreshed ourselves before continuing our journey to Makkah to perform Umrah.
