great hotel, highly recommend
Pros:

great hotel, comfortable and clean rooms. staff was very polite and thorough in their explanations and instructions. breakfast was plentiful and delicious as well, and staff were able to serve us quickly.

Cons:

room was a bit cramped with all of the beds but it didn't detract from the overall experience. bathroom was pretty spacious though

It is a scam !!!

Cons:

It is so noisy and it is not really a hotel. The window is very thin so I can hear traffic from outside. The room is not isolate and has sound proof properly so I can hear people from the corridor walking and shouting all the time. Especially, I ask for the quiet room. They arrange to provide me a room near swimming pool.

It is more like a motel. The sink was not in the bathroom, it is in the hotel room.

The booking was like a scam because it cannot refund. We paid for 14 nights but we could not stay at all. We requested to check in early and pay extra for a room so we figured out that it was super noisy. They return us back the extra stay money but not the whole stay that was not refundable and prepaid. It was around 34K baht that we lost for nothing.

We are very upset. And we would like to warn everybody to be careful about the booking; especially for this residence, that was not refundable. It is a scam !!!

Great hotel, lovely staff and good location
Pros:

Good location - easy to get around and plenty of places nearby for essentials and to eat/drink.
Hotel has a laundry room which is great for washing clothes on the fly.
We’ve stayed here twice now as it has the right mix of price, location and facilities.

Cons:

Could do with more seating/beds by the pool

Super clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Loved the view from my window of the beautiful old villa next door. Very charming.

Cons:

Bit of a difficult area to walk around. The breakfast cafe was under renovation and was limited.

Pros:

Great location. The room was basic but perfect for our family of 5. Pool provided a good relief in the hottest part of the day. Clean and decent quality all round.

Lohnt sich, um Bangkok für paar Tage mitzunehmen.
Pros:

War alles tiptop, nettes Personal. Gut gelegen um paar Sachen im Zentrum abzuklappern.
