We enjoyed every moment in this super nice hotel beginning with the spacious room with Mt. Fuji view, the wonderful and super attentive staff, the facilities and the location. if you ever plan to visit Mishima, we recommend it

Нас встретили вежливые любезные администраторы, они помогли оставить на некоторое время наши рюкзаки до заселения, так как мы прибыли рано. Мы смогли посетить MOA Museum of Art до которого легко добраться. В отеле чисто, уютно, все сделано со вкусом, великолепный дизайн, брендовая косметика. Номера нам достались с видом на город, но термальная купальня с видом на Фудзи очень нас впечатлила. Завтрак в отеле разнообразный, вкусный, особенно рыба на гриле, которую повар готовил при нас. В отеле создана атмосфера хорошего отдыха и отличного настроения. Искренние слова благодарности от нашей семьи.

Near Mishima station so the location is so convenient. Such a comfortable place, with beautiful views of Mt. Fuji from the hot spring spa. The breakfast buffet is Japanese and Western style cuisines, so delicious. Perfectly clean everywhere and excellent service.

The location, almost connected to the Station, is great. This was my third or fourth stay. The view of Mt. Fuji from the room is beautiful. I really like the lounge wear (作務衣・samue) that the hotel provides. I really like their bathing facilities that are located on the top floor with an outside bath/roten-buro. The Kyomaru restaurant (not run by the hotel) in the same building as the hotel is quite good. They provide Unagi prepared in both Kanto and Kansai style.

A tall modern unassuming hotel conveniently adjacent to the south entrance of Mishima Station. Inside, a superior hotel with a wonderful onsen with views directly to Fuji-san. I was lucky enough to have a room also with a direct view of Fuji-san.

We spent one night here on a tour, so not much time to use all the facilities.
Well located for train station and if your room is on the train side you’ll have a view of the iconic Mt Fuji 😊.
No bar, so if you’re on a group tour, no where to meet with others for a drink etc. No gym.
Like all Japanese hotels, spotlessly clean with very polite staff.
No fault of the hotel, but it was in Mishima, which was our least favoured place on our tour - industrial; not well maintained; uncomfortable walking at night.

very upscale modern building. gorgeous property and very clean, so convenient being right next to the train station, there’s restaurants and a coffee shop in the building, you have everything you need!

Beautiful view from the hotel rooms, if you get one of the more premium rooms you can even see Mount Fuji on a clear day. Everything was very well maintained and the view of the onsen is beautiful! Only downside of the outdoor onsen is that when you are inside the bath the view is blocked. You can only see it when you are standing outside the bath. Overall excellent hotel and great location.

Mother and I stayed here on a trip to visit family. Hotel is beautiful, clean and updated. We stayed in an upper floor room and had an amazing view of Mt Fuji. Onsen facilities were excellent. Highly recommend.
