Nice location right on the water
Pros:

The place is nice. The breakfast buffett was great. Unfortunately we had the city few and during the week the noise starting at 6am from the unloading and loading of trucks for the Spar store is unbearable.

Schönes Hotel in Top-Lage
Pros:

Lage, Personal, tolles und sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück

Cons:

Nur 1 Schlüssel auch bei DZ verfügbar; Parkplatzsituation schwierig (entweder entfernt parken oder in extrem engem, überteuerten Parkhaus mit Felgenkillern in den Rampen)

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

ausgezeichnetes Frühsrück; sehr gut und ausreichend, Frühstücksraum sauber, ständig wurde gebrauchtes Geschirr wieder abgeräumt, sehr freundliches Personal, kann man jederzeit weiter empfehlen

Für Bahnfahrer etwas beschwerliche Anfahrt - zumal die Verbindungen nicht zuverlässlich sind! doch dafür kann das Hotel nichts

Super lokacija u samom centru. Osoblje je ljubazno i susretljivo. Soba je imala sve sto nam je bilo potrebno. Doručak je bilo obilan.

If you get a lake view you'll be happy otherwise don't stay there.
Pros:

The location. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

We arrived at 16:00 and there was noone at the reception. We got a side room with no view and 06:00 were woken up by trucks under our window.

Ich finde es sehr ungewöhnlich und unverständlich, dass Sie mich fragen, um wie viel Uhr ich im Hotel ankomme. Normalerweise entscheidet jeder Gast selbst, wann er im Hotel eintrifft. Eine solche Frage wurde mir bei meinen zahlreichen Hotelaufenthalten bisher noch nie gestellt.

Ich übernachte sehr häufig in verschiedenen Hotels und kenne es so, dass die Ankunftszeit unabhängig von der Buchung ist. Selbstverständlich kann sich die Ankunftszeit jederzeit ändern.

Außerdem finde ich es eine Frechheit, dass Motorräder in der Tiefgarage nicht erlaubt sind. Eine solche wichtige Information sollte meiner Meinung nach bereits bei der Buchung klar und deutlich angegeben werden.

Auch das Frühstück hat mich leider enttäuscht. Es hat mir geschmacklich überhaupt nicht gefallen.

Hinzu kommt, dass es im Hotel sehr laut war. An eine ruhige und erholsame Übernachtung war dadurch leider kaum zu denken.

Insgesamt bin ich von meinem Aufenthalt und insbesondere vom Umgang mit den Gästen sehr enttäuscht. Für den Preis hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet.

Es war ok.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut, konnte abwechslungsreicher sein. Zimmer sauber. Hintereingang ist nicht optimal, schwer zu finden bei der ersten Anreise, da es keine Rezeption gibt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, aber bis Mitternacht sehr laut.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit atemberaubender Aussicht.
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Aussicht auf den Traunsee und die wunderschöne Umgebung waren einfach atemberaubend – allein dafür lohnt sich der Aufenthalt!

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das gesamte Personal. Alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Egal ob im telefonischen Kontakt, an der Rezeption, beim Frühstücksbuffet oder beim Reinigungspersonal.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die schöne Zeit! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. ❤️
