The SPA&Wellness zone is included in the price of the stay from Monday to Friday and is open from 16:00 to 21:00. The weekend stay, i.e. Saturday and Sunday, does not include the use of the SPA&Wellness zone. The facility provides for the possibility of paid use of the SPA&Wellness zone at the weekend after a written declaration made in advance in the reservation at least one day before arrival. The cost of stay in the SPA&Wellness zone at the weekend is PLN 60 per person per 1,5 hours of use.
The guests' credit card must be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make your reservation upon check-in at the hotel.
Property has the right to temporarily block the amount due on the Guest's card before his arrival.

A surcharge of PLN 40 applies for early arrivals.

Śniadanie było smaczne
Brak windy Miałem pokój na drugim pietrze i z ciężka walizką trzeba trzeba było wejść po schodach. Brak klimatyzacji co przy upale 38 stopni było uciążliwe. W łazience brodzik uszkodzony i zaklejony srębrną taśmą
W hotelu panowała cisza i spokój, jedzonko dobre, obsługa sympatyczna.
Można by poprawić stać techniczny w łazienkach ponieważ bateria pod prysznicem wyglądała jakby zaraz miała się rozlecieć poza tym nie mam zastrzeżeń.
Dobra lokalizacja, jeśli ktoś planuje dostać się do PreZero Arena Gliwice.
W pokoju brakowało kosza na śmieci, choćby na puste opakowania po napojach.
Śniadania wystarczające, korzystaliśmy też z restauracji. Karta wprawdzie krótka, ale dania smaczne.
Brak klimatyzacji w pokojach przy panującym upale był bardzo uciążliwy. Brak zestawu do parzenia kawy i herbaty.
