The SPA&Wellness zone is included in the price of the stay from Monday to Friday and is open from 16:00 to 21:00. The weekend stay, i.e. Saturday and Sunday, does not include the use of the SPA&Wellness zone. The facility provides for the possibility of paid use of the SPA&Wellness zone at the weekend after a written declaration made in advance in the reservation at least one day before arrival. The cost of stay in the SPA&Wellness zone at the weekend is PLN 60 per person per 1,5 hours of use.

The guests' credit card must be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make your reservation upon check-in at the hotel.

Property has the right to temporarily block the amount due on the Guest's card before his arrival.

Please note: If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing.

A surcharge of PLN 40 applies for early arrivals.

Due to the change in tax regulations, the invoice number should be provided before paying the fee. After printing the fiscal receipt without a tax identification number, it will not be possible to issue an invoice. If you need an invoice, please provide your details when making your reservation.

Na jedną noc po koncercie GNR-ok!
Pros:

Lokalizacja dobra, jeśli ktoś chce iść na koncert na Arenie-spacerkiem, bezpiecznie, bez stania w korku. Miły personel, wygodne łóżko,pokój schludny, łazienka duża. Blisko do wjazdu na autostradę, nie trzeba się przebijać przez miasto.

Cons:

Wystrój/klimat hotelu trąci myszką, nocą dosyć mocno słychać innych gości i telewizor w recepcji (nocowałam w pierwszym pokoju, na parterze).Śniadanie ok.

Ogólnie czysto. Śniadanie smaczne. Jeśli ktoś nie ma jakichś problemów zdrowotnych to dojście do prezero areny nie powinno być problemem - nie jest całkiem blisko, ale można spokojnie przejść pieszo. Parking dostępny za opłatą w recepcji, ale trafiło nam się dosłownie ostatnie możliwe miejsce, gdy przyjechaliśmy się zameldować.

Cons:

Dojście do naszego pokoju wymagało przejścia całego budynku dokoła, co z ciężkimi walizkami nie jest specjalnie komfortowe. Ogólnie na drugim piętrze bardzo duszno, w pokoju nie było jeszcze tak źle, ale na dworze było około 17 stopni, więc przy upałach bez klimatyzacji może być nieprzyjemnie.

Zaniedbana posesja wyglądająca jak bezpańska, brak windy i klimatyzacji, mały, duszny pokoik(do łóżka wejście na czworakach), problem z otrzymaniem czajnika, brak stałego dostępu do strefy spa(zamknięte na klucz i bez wcześniejszego zapisania się nie ma wejścia).
