Teppichboden im Zimmer - unhygienisch!
Kaum Ablagen im Badezimmer
Im Badezimmer Stufe nach unten - Stolperfalle
Im Treppenhaus gibt es einen Durchgang, an dem ich mir deftig den Kopf gestossen habe, obwohl ich nur ca. 1,80 Meter messe - hier sollte eine Markierung angebracht werden.

L’emplacement, les petits déjeuners, l’accueil.

Cons:

Chaleur dans la chambre (trop chaud) et le bruit extérieur.
Programme TV ( pas de chaînes en Français et en Italien) pas de liste des chaînes.
Matelas un peu trop dur.

Posizione, pulizia, prima colazione, cortesia del personale

Cons:

Purtroppo una giovane addetta alla portineria non ha verificato quanto le ho detto, ovvero che avevamo già pagato la camera attraverso Booking.
Ma non c’è stato nessun problema: avvertito Booking dell’accaduto, dopo meno di un’ora la direzione ci ha chiesto di comunicare l’IBAN, e dopo soli 2 giorni l’importo era già sul nostro conto.
Efficientissima direzione!
