男性日本人スタッフがいなければ、楽しい旅行ができなかった
Pros:

ホテルの日本人スタッフ男の方がとても親切でした。
毎日、その方に聞きながら旅ができました

Cons:

到着時、飛行機の遅延でホテルにチェックインして食べる所を聞いたら、ないと　言っていたにもかかわらず、外にでると沢山のお店があいていました。

BTSアソーク駅側の直結通路がやや分かりにくかった。スクンビット駅からアソーク駅に上がったが、当日は改札を超えてホテルのある反対側に行けなかった。

日本人には、おススメです。
Pros:

ソラリア西鉄ホテルに泊まったことはありませんでしたが、とてもいいホテルでした。お盆休み中でしたので、高かったですが、何より日本人が4名も働いているとの事で、宿泊中は言葉の心配は全く不要です。設備もきれいで、テレビは、日本と全く同じでバンコクにいる事を忘れてしまいそう。当日は、浴室のないスタンダードルームから、アップグレードされ、高層階24階の浴槽付きでした。何でも、お盆休みで部屋が足らなかったようです。
朝食付きでしたので、梅の花で和食を選びました。味も日本と変わりません。

時期によりますが、宿泊費が高い。

Pros:

立地、ファシリティ、スタッフの温かい対応が素晴らしかった。帰る日、GRABで車を呼んだ時も下まで来てくださった。
とても道が混んでいてなかなか車が進んでいなかった。その時も少し前にあったBUSの故障が原因で混んでいる理由を伝えてくれた。理由がわかると安心した。
大きなテディーベアのところで、写真を撮ろうとしていたところスタッフがすぐ来て、2人の写真を撮ってくださいました。
ありがとうございました。ルーフトップBARも素晴らしく感動しました。

食う個までのリムジンの手配などスタッフの方々がとても丁寧・親切に対応していただいた。

Cons:

部屋の清掃が遅かった（15時過ぎに外出から戻った徳は部屋の清掃がされていなくて、16時頃に部屋の清掃が来た）
