Pros:

The bedroom was not clean was dust on the table in here and the sink and in the bathtub we also realize that stairs between the second floor are smell nasty

Great location and pleasant stay - will be back again soon!
Pros:

The staff was very accommodating for early check in, also extending of our stay and providing extra coffee, tea and utensils. Laundry on site was a big bonus, as well as the kitchenettes in each room was a very convenient feature

Cons:

Someone was smoking in the hallways, and we could smell the smoke in the room, especially at night time

Unacceptable, dirty, smelly, poorly maintained.
Cons:

Broken elevator, floors damaged, bad smells, dirty bathtub, beds were like futons. Room was not ready when arrived at scheduled time.

(Checked in last week and when went to my room the room smelled like vomit, I told the front desk, the Manager on Duty (Kevin) went to check the room, and told me I laid on the bed so he wouldn't be able to change my room, as he couldnt rent it out because it was used, I said well get housekeeping to make the bed then, he refused and then told me he was sold out, but previous to me going to the front desk I phoned him from the room and he said he had more rooms and could switch me. This motel you better keep and eye on your credit card, because even tho I paid $100 deposit by cash they tried to pre-auth my credit card after I checked in. The elevator is broken has been for 2 weeks and the ice machine is broken as well. Motel 6 group should revoke their partnership with who ever is running this Studio 6, they are not fit to be representing a chain like this.

Scary
Cons:

The facility is very unclean and needs a complete gut job. I was greeted by a huge cockroach in the room. I had to move to another room. The bed sheets and towels are dingy.
