room did not resemble picture in the add.
Not clean, smells, uncomfortable mattress

The room is dirty, the beds smells bad and the lavatory is clogged.
Everything is ok , but, I was a little upset, they don't have any help during the stay , like no room cleaning while we stay , the desk guy told me he can give me a broom and a mop , and I must do it myself. Because I had to stay for a week, I had to clean it myself, for the price I gave , that was expensive , when I had to do all on my own. even told him , I cant make the bed as good as they make it , he said, whatever it is, I have to do it. even if I needed towels or sheets to be changed, I had to go to the desk and exchange with them . The best part was for any complain they were ready to change my room , like when we saw cockroaches at night , they made sure we got it changed the same time , and the new room had no such thing at all, probably that was an old room and the guests who stayed there must have stayed for long , kept it dirty and which made roaches grow, but our issues... was solved . Support - yes , help - NO
No cleaning by the hotel , no changing of sheets . . .all to be done by us.
