Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité directe des rues animées tout en étant au calme et à 5 min à pied du bus permettant de rejoindre les différentes plages. Le logement était très propre, nettoyé tous les jours et la climatisation fonctionne très bien

La climatisation soufflant en face du lit la rendait difficile à régler la nuit

Soggiorno perfetto, tutto estremamente pulito e host gentilissimo e molto attento agli ospiti

La struttura è posizionata benissimo, molto vicina al centro e al porto.
Pulizia impeccabile, la stanza viene pulita ogni giorno anche le lenzuola lavate e stirate ogni giorno.
Le asciugamano vengono sostituite tutti i giorni.
La signora Vaya è gentilissima e molto attenta agli ospiti, ci ha lasciato anche dei fiori. Soggiorno perfetto

Good location, friendly owner & staff but very basic hotel for the money
Pros:

It was in a good easy to get to location, the owner Vaya was so lovely and welcoming, very friendly and eager to make us feel at home. The room was cleaned and freshened daily with clean sheets & towels

Cons:

The toilet ran water all night, the kitchen was very sparse, hardly any cutlery, it was very very basic.

Pros:

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, da nur 3 Minuten ins Zentrum und zehn Minuten zu den Booten, mit denen man vom Alten Hafen auf verschiedene Strände fahren kann ( nur geringfügig teurer als der Bus). 2 Minuten entfernt ist das Spitzenrestaurant Cuva. Man bekommt ohne zu fragen alle 3 Tage neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Das Zimmer wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert.
Die Mutter und die Angestellte des Eigentümers sind äußerst bemüht und wirklich sehr freundlich. Leider sprechen sie weder Deutsch noch Englisch. Aber mit Übersetzungsprogramm gibt es kein Hindernis in der Kommunikation. Auch der Eigentümer war sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wir waren im 3. Stock und es gab keinen Lift. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein aber es funktioniert alles.

Well located hotel kept clean and tidy with friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were lovely and when we checked in (late) we were greeted by a very friendly man who gave us his number for any help during our stay. A short walk into town and bus stop 3 which takes you to all the beaches. Lovely and clean and tidy! We also liked the balcony.

Cons:

There was nothing we “didn’t like”. The only improvement would be to add some sort of cooking option to the mini kitchen like a hot plate or microwave oven. The mini kitchen had all the equipment but nothing to cook with. But we didn’t mind as we went to the wonderful restaurants!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Vaya was extremely welcoming and very kind. It was nice to meet the hostess and collect the key in person.The location was excellent; a short walk to the centre, the port and bus stop, but very quiet and peaceful. There was a lovely view from the front balcony. The cleanliness was faultless.

Cons:

The kitchen was rather underequipped. For example if the apartment had been fully occupied there would not have been enough basic items of crockery, glasses and cutlery.

Fabulous stay in very comfortable studio in the heart of the town.

Great Value, friendly staff and would definitely go again. Thank you.
Pros:

Very friendly host and staff. Considerate of our needs. Thorough clean of room daily and change of towels, sheets every 3 days. 2 minute walk to mini mart and delicious bakery. 8 minutes to pier and restaurants. Room was lovely and cool in the mornings being West facing. Hot in the afternoons but aircon available and working well if required. VAya is more or less on sea level with about 10 steps to get to first floor flats.

Cons:

I didn't intent to use wifi but unfortunately I did. Couldn't get away from it :) The wifi strength in the flat wasn't too good. Hopefully future guests want need it on the beautiful island of Skiathos.
