Location was great, views were nice, bikes were fun, cafe nice atmosphere - mushroom toast and coffee were good

Cons:

Noise from tour buses and traffic, very sensitive to air quality in room, shower and toilet were not separated from room - just a partial glass divider.

Pros:

Paddy Boutique House Hoian location was perfect. With free bike rent we were able to go everywhere. Central Hoi An was 5 minutes ride, major places in a 15 minutes rides. We loved it so much. The staff were amazing, super welcoming. We are definitely going back

Pros:

The place is so thoughtful and gorgeous. It’s very clean and well-decorated, meticulous all around. It had the comfiest bed of my whole trip. The café below also has delicious coffee and food. I highly recommend staying there.

Nice budget stay with beautiful surroundings
Pros:

Good basic accommodation, good value for the price. The rice field views were beautiful and it was nice to go for a morning run there.
There’s also a nice café downstairs with good breakfast options

Beautiful room
Pros:

It was beautiful, just like the pictures. Everything was clean, the bed super comfy.
I arrived late and the man there didn’t speak English but we were talking with Google translate. He was super nice and helpful.
The little cafe downstairs is perfect.
You should ask for room 2 or 4

Cons:

The noise of the road is a little loud. But if you have room 2 or 4 it would be perfect. But without the ricefields view.

Great value for money , very pleasant .
Pros:

The service was excellent , great help with all the logistic arrangement ,amazing flexibility and fast prompt communication . The location is in walking distance of the old center. The room was nicely decorated

Cons:

Mattress was a little hard for me , however this is a personal preference . I was facing the rice field which is lovely view, however there is a busy road running in front of the hotel, so if you are a light sleeper it can be a challenge.
