The swimming pool will be available from the 2nd of June 2024 to 22 September 2024.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Great spacious room
The bathroom is not private, and the curtains was stuck so I could watch the other person in the toilet
Love the convenience to the airport and the size of the pool.
Didn’t like how there were no main italian stations on the TV like Rai. Why we are in Italy?? Also the tv was hard to mirror easily and didn’t work.
The breakfast experience was terrible. The chef/waiter was rude. We had to ask for a coffee. He was not happy at all. Also the breakfast restaurant was dirty. Outside floor was dirty, tables not clean and plants dead. The property manager should really take a walk through first thing in the morning to see.
We arrived for breakfast 7:30 and it was clear the restaurant was still dirty from the night before. Why isn’t there someone early to clean it and welcome customers as they come in. There was only the chef on staff and he was in the kitchen. When he came out he was really rude and ignored us. Also when I went back to my room and ordered another coffee it was 15euro. That is crazy!

This is a small hotel attached to a large up market Marina. So they have a very nice restaurant and excellent facilities, much more than you would expect form so small a hotel. It was very quiet, but only a few minutes from the airport. It was lovely to stroll around the marina in the evening. Room and bed was great. Staff very helpful .

The resort needs updating. The cleaning staff and grounds people need a tutorial. The room, especially bathroom ,was not clean... Mold in bathroom. A window that was behind a curtain that would not close/or lock. Steps leading up to room consisted of a narrow spiral staircase which were nearly impossible to climb with luggage. Restaurant was pricey for what we ordered. Food was fair. Staff was nice.

The staff were very helpful, room quality excellent.
Not sure it was made clear how limited the hotel would be. Pool was closed, granted when I relooked at original advert it did state this, but in the very fine print. Only Primopiano open for food and drink and was very nice, but only 1 menu for lunch and dinner and variety restricted. When sat on balcony, maintenance were cutting palm trees with chainsaws which spoilt the relaxing environment. Whilst accept maintenance required in all hotels, that was not really reflected in the price. We paid a premium price but feel with so much closed we didn't get a premium experience.
Proximity to airport
Cleanliness of room. Especially shower/bathroom. We had a window that was also broken and would not close. Stairs leading up to room were spiral and difficult to navigate with luggage. Exterior grounds were not clean. Hotel was worn and needs updating. Restaurant was mediocre and same menu for lunch and dinner.
Relaxing atmosphere throughout the resort, friendly professional accomodating staff
Breakfast advertised to be from 0730 but not completely ready by this time (no hot food, staff still busy preparing food therefore not available to serve any drinks), disappointing as I had to leave at 0750 on the first airport shuttle (advertised €8 but charged €11 each way) so could not enjoy the full benefits of the included breakfast
