Good location which is walkable to, or within a short metro journey of, the main sights. Really well appointed and clean hotel. I was very pleased with the quality of the room. Stunning views from the rooftop restaurant and good food and service. There are many other good and reasonably priced restaurants and bars nearby. Good breakfast selection with a variety of options. Friendly and helpful staff.
This is a good hotel, but in my view there are details which currently hold it back from being great. Wifi in the room was intermittent at best but generally of poor strength which forced me to use mobile data for the most part. No reasonable excuse for this in a city centre location. It is good that there is a small gym with three pieces of equipment, but the cross-training machine seemed to be broken. Poor housekeeping service - towels and other items were removed but not replaced and the bed was not made. I wasn't bothered for a two night stay, but this was below expected standards.

We were randomly assigned an accessible room despite booking a standard room. The accessible room did not offer the same level of quality and amenities, and we were initially told the hotel was full when we asked to change. We eventually spent one night in a downgraded room before moving to our booked room. Randomly assigning rooms with different standards without clearly advertising this beforehand, and making a room change difficult, is not a great experience.
The centrally controlled AC took a while to cool the room, and the location is quite noisy with limited sound insulation.
On the positive side, the staff was quite friendly and the standard room itself was quite nice.
Finally, the hotel advertises Acqua di Parma amenities, but the products provided were inexpensive olive-themed amenities made in China, which felt misleading.
Breakfast was very good and tasty, room was clean and big enough, big plus is roof top bar with Acropolis view.
Towels was smelly even when they bring it fresh.
O atendimento do concierge do hotel, Andreas, foi excepcional e nos ajudou bastante (ele fala português). A Localização é excelente. O restaurante Zale, que fica no roof top do hotel com vista da Acrópole, tem ótimo atendimento e comida muito boa. O café da manhã também merece destaque.
A pequena geladeira do quarto não funcionou durante nossa estadia (apesar dos esforços para consertá-la). O elevador ficou sem funcionar em alguns momentos (tivemos que usar a escada e estávamos no sexto andar).

On a positive note, the hotel has a good location and the common areas are generally pleasant and well maintained. The room itself was comfortable enough and the overall atmosphere is quiet and suitable for a short stay.
Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards I would expect from a four-star hotel.
I found an insect on the bathroom floor and reported it to the staff. The response was essentially that “these things can happen,” which I found rather dismissive and not particularly reassuring.
The following morning, at breakfast, I asked for a second coffee and was told that I would have to pay extra for it.
Neither issue is dramatic in itself, but taken together they reflect a level of service and attention to guests that, in my opinion, is simply not consistent with a four-star hotel.
