総じてとても満足でした。また来たい！
Pros:

○子供と4日間、ほぼホテル滞在でした。
○そのため荷物が多かったのですが、縦横の大きめの机があり大変助かりました。
○買ってきてホテルで食事もしましたが、小さな丸机が２つありこれまた助かりました。
○ホテルによっては子供にダニなどアレルギーが出ることも多かったのですが、4泊しても特に症状は出ず、大変清潔に保たれていると思いました。
○眺望は富士山側ではなく箱根側でしたが、綺麗に箱根？の山々が見えてなかなか癒されました。
○大浴場、露天風呂、サウナは11:30から利用でき、日中に入る風呂は最高でした。
○あとどうでもいいかもですが、高速の駒門PAが徒歩3分のところにあり、ランプ、いちぼ、サーロイステーキなどのステーキ定食が1500円くらいだったかな、めちゃコスパが良くて美味しかったです。

Cons:

○レイトチェックアウトの案内が部屋のテレビ案内では基本宿泊料の30%うんぬんと書いてありましたが、実際スタッフに聞くと1時間1000円でした。10時から12時まで2時間延長を楽しみました。
結果的に良かったのですが、もう少し明示した方がレイトチェックアウトする人も増えると思いました。

Cons:

スタッフさんの対応の仕方が淡々とされてて　もう少し　笑顔があれば　（お一人だけの事ですが）クレジット決算したのですが　その後不正利用が発覚して　自宅に着いてからカードが利用出来なくなったので　決算出来なかったら悪いと思い
ホテルの方に電話して事情を説明して「決算出来なかったら連絡下さい」と伝えたら　「そうですね」のひと言で終了でした
フロント向きでは無い方では？

Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk bediening, mooie inkomhal met gratis gastvrije producten, mooi en praktisch ingerichte kamer…zeer lekker uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Ideaal gelegen om de mount Fuji te zien en Fuji safari park te bezoeken. Winkels rondom hotel

Très bel hôtel avec des salariés très gentils
Pros:

Le calme et la propreté des lieux. Des chambres spacieuses et les lits aussi!

Cons:

L’emplacement un peu loin de tout mais ce n’était que pour un passage nous concernant
