Pros:

Este foarte frumos ca si locatie , curatenie, priveliște frumoasă, insa, personalul foarte sictirit cu exceptia a doi , trei oameni care s-au purtat corespunzator.

Non malissimo ma non lo consiglierei

Hotel di recente ristrutturazione, colazione buona, stanza pulita

Cons:

Non c'è ascensore e non è previsto che qualcuno ti accompagni su con le valigie.
Da altre recensioni ho visto che alcuni si sono lamentati del bagno eccessivamente piccolo, per fortuna la nostra camera (una tripla al terzo piano) aveva un bagno spazioso ma senza ganci o altro per gli asciugamani (che non c'erano nemmeno per tutti, ho dovuto chiederli) e vasca da bagno senza tenda, cosa che inevitabilmente causava allagamenti. In camera presenti due finestre inclinate del sottotetto senza tende e nessuna possibilità di oscurare la luce (le altre finestre normali per fortuna erano provviste di tende).
L'accesso alla piscina si paga a parte.
Al buffet della colazione vi era una forma di formaggio (simil parmigiano) usata a mo' di ciotola per presentare i pezzetti di formaggio che forse era lì da tempo, il formaggio si sentiva che non era fresco. C'era anche un prosciutto intero da affettare che si presentava abbastanza scurito. Inoltre l'unica sera in cui abbiamo cenato al ristorante abbiamo notato che c'era ancora il latte nella brocca collegata alla macchina per caffè/cappuccino del buffet della colazione, probabilmente rimasto a temperatura ambiente dalla colazione della mattina. Fatto notare quest'ultima cosa al cameriere, ci è stato detto che lo lasciano per il personale nel caso volessero farsi un caffè...
In conclusione niente di gravissimo, ma da un albergo che dal sito web ostenta lusso ci si aspetterebbe qualcosa di più raffinato, anche per il prezzo pagato, e una maggiore cura per i dettagli (ad esempio: macchina per il caffè in camera provvista di capsule caffè ma non di zucchero, con tazzine a disposizione ma senza nemmeno un cucchiaino)

**I find it hard to understand how this hotel has such high ratings.**

We were lucky that we only stayed for one night, as we were just passing through the area. What is particularly outrageous is that the hotel presents itself as a luxury property while offering distinctly subpar services and facilities.

We stayed in a Junior Suite, which is located in a building across from the main hotel. The apartment is on the third floor, and the building has no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up three flights of stairs.

At first glance, the apartment seemed fine, but the problems quickly became apparent:

The second bed we had requested (there were three of us) was actually a sofa bed, and it had not been prepared. We tried to make it ourselves, but there wasn't even a bedsheet.

We opened the minibar and wanted to open a can of peanuts, only to discover that it had already been opened.

One of the bathroom towels (the bath mat) was stained with blood. Not just a small stain — there were large, very visible blood stains.

The bathroom itself feels more like the bathroom of a caravan. The door is so narrow — only slightly wider than half a standard door — that I couldn't enter the bathroom facing forward; I had to turn sideways. The toilet is almost right up against the wall, so you can only sit on it diagonally. The entire bathroom is so tiny that you have to be careful not to hit yourself whenever you bend down. There is no soap dish, so you have to leave the soap in the sink. It really does feel like a caravan bathroom.

On top of that, there is a fan that makes an extremely annoying noise. The hairdryer runs for about 30 seconds, then overheats and switches off. You have to wait several minutes before it starts working again, for another 30 seconds.

Then came the sleeping experience. The mattress on the main bed is so uncomfortable that I spent half the night unable to sleep because of back pain. The pillow was uncomfortable as well.

Hotel OK, dar departe de ceea ce se prezintă în reclama
Pros:

Camere curate și utilate modern.
Piscina infinity superbă.
Mic dejun foarte bun și diversificat.

Cons:

Podeaua scârțâie. Ușile camerelor sunt foarte slab calitative, lumina de pe coridor intră în camera, se aude orice zgomot.
Doar 8 șezlonguri la piscină, în zilele cu mulți oaspeți nu ai unde să stai.
Prosoapele vechi și răsfirate.
