The bathroom floor was disgusting & looked like it hadn't been mopped at all. At first, i thought it was stains but after my partner had a shower there was a clean area where the water and shower gel had washed the obvious dirt away. The noise levels of other rooms is appalling & can even hear next door coughing. The bed throw had suspicious white marks all over it. One of the worst rooms I've stayed in for a long time.

Expectations were met!
Pros:

The room was clean and smells fresh upon arrival. It has everything that we needed for a 5-day trip - fridge, microwave, kettle. Overall, very happy and pleased.

It was modern and warm.

Cons:

It was extremely dirty. There were marks all over the walls, dust on the plants, stains on the blinds, crumbs on the floor, stains on the duvet. It felt as it if had never been properly clean.
It was also located in a sketchy neighbourhood. Alcohol bottles, rubbish, nitrous oxide canisters and used condoms on the road outside.
The listing says it has parking facilities but there is NO PARKING!
The lift is also broken, despite the listing saying it is wheelchair accessible. Really bad access for those less able.
