Everything brand new , very clean
The only thing was the main rd outside , lots of police sirens. But thats not the fault of the establishment.
It was modern, clean and basically what it said on the tin. It seemed to be in a newly built property.
The location, it is in the Radford area which is not the nicest in Nottingham. Whilst it’s at the city centre end, it is still a bit tough and we did not feel comfortable leaving our car parked there. We put the car into the Victoria centre which was a bit of a faff. The property is tight at the traffic junction area so if you are racing towards the road, it’s noisy. The air conditioning stopped mid-way in the night and we could not get it going again. The bedsheets are a bit on the cheap side and don’t feel nice, especially when you are hot.
Room really well appointed. Double glazing perfect and excellent ac.
Although internal cleaning was fine, the squalor at the front of the premises was enough to put anyone off staying there.
Plenty of space, lovely aircon, good shower, great location. Cooking facilities small but adequate. Staff very friendly, responsive and helpful

Inability to access the property or contact anyone, phonecalls and voicemails left unanswered and still owed £295. Will be contacting my bank and leaving maximum reviews anywhere I can.
De locatie is goed, je kan lopend naar het centrum gaan.. goedkoper dan elke keer de OV te pakken. En genoeg eettentjes in de buurt
De kamer was echt een soort box. Super klein voor een gezin van drie..eerder ideaal voor studenten of personen die alleen voor slapen komen. Er is geen ventilatie binnen. Raam kan niet open en de douche heeft geen ventilatie. Het was ook super warm en de airco stond op standje ijskoud als je het aandeed. We hadden een 2 persoonsbed en een sofa voor de derde persoon. Zowel de matras als de sofa voelden aan alsof ze elke moment uit elkaar zouden vallen. Verblijf is meer voor korte duur. Max 4 dagen is onze mening.
Convient base close to city centre. Contactless check in. Good sized room.
Room was very dusty and missing shower chair in an accessible room
Location was good
Floor cleaned but still had hair around, two big balls of hair appeared from under the bed. Corners of room looked like they had not been swept/cleaned for months! When entering the place had a strong smell on bleach and cleaning products. Lots of rubbish on the pavement outside the residence, which makes it look messy from the outside, unfortunately! Ironing facilities non existent - ironing board falling apart and iron barely got hot! Extractor fan in the bathroom did not switch off which made a constant noise - rooms not sound proof as described. Could hear the TV next door! Having an adjoining room was not what we had expected. TV remote batteries flat so could not change the channel - messaged but no response ! Disappointed.
Once inside the room it was ok. Could look past the mismatched cutlery and not clean floor.
Outside the property front door, it was filthy , rubbish piled up against the door and the railing along the road. Inside, the hallways were dirty with rubbish lying around. Tea and coffee was included. We were given 1 teabag for a 3 night stay and 4 uht milks. There are so many green lights in the room at night (smoke alarm, light by door) when the lights were off, it was like daylight, I wished Id had a sleepmask. Friends stayed at other, far nicer places for less money.
Room was fine - functional, good power sockets and basic needs well covered.
The pavement outside the property was filthy and rubbish strewn. In the alcove next to the door there were smashed bottles, discarded clothes and spilled bags of rubbish. The owners may not legally be obliged to clean outside but it makes the property feel horrible at first sight.
Room was clean on the surface but moving bed to side to look for a dropped pen revealed a big pile of dust, so it felt didn’t feel thoroughly clean in that respect. Also there was no sign with WiFi code so I had to call the number to find out - should be prominently displayed in the appt. Same with temp control - no instructions so we were a little hot.

Cabinet doors in bathroom were broken and we forgot our precious face wash and shampoo there after sometime we called to take it back but they refused to return as we were travelling and it was a doctor prescribed facewash from our country but they didnot return it thats super bad service
Ótima localização, fácil acesso à ônibus, quarto confortável e bem equipado. Perto de mercados e comércio em geral. Apesar da rua em frente ser movimentada, o apartamento é silencioso.
O elevador estava quebrado ou desligado. Precisa andar um pouco se você precisar pegar o bonde.
Incredible value for money. Super comfortable bed, air con and a kitchenette which is a great feature.
The bathroom was incredibly small. Two chairs would have been a nice addition to be able to both eat at the desk as it was a twin room.
The lift was not working.
