Insgesamt sehr gelungen .
Pros:

Modernes und sauberes Zimmer . 2m breites Bett . Modernes sauberes Duschbad . Gut durchdachtes und ansprechendes Mobiliar . Einziges Manko : Der Bodenbelag ist Teppichboden, der nachgewiesenermaßen Hygienemängel hat .
Straßenbahnhaltestelle M 4 Friedrichshain vor der Haustür > Direktverbindung Hackescher Markt in und bei Umstieg Haltestelle Greifswalder/Danziger Straße in die M 10 sehr gute Anbindung zum Hauptbahnhof.

Cons:

S.o. Teppichboden statt Laminat oder Parkett.

Ein Wochenende in Berlin
Pros:

Ich bin zum zweiten Mal hier und finde die Lage einfach super. Das Viertel gefällt mir sehr gut und man ist mit den Öffis gut angebunden. Das Frühstück ist lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, Personal an Rezeption und beim Frühstück nett und freundlich. Angenehme Atmosphäre im Hotel.

Cons:

Was diesmal nicht gepasst hat, war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Aus irgendwelchen Gründen waren die Preise für dieses Wochenende unverhältnismäßig hoch. Dafür war das Zimmer im Vergleich zu dem wunderbar großen Zimmer bei meinem letzten Aufenthalt ziemlich klein. Und der eine Kopfkissenbezug hatte einen auffälligen Fleck.

War gut
Pros:

Lage gut, auch wenn die große Straße sehr laut ist. Fenster aber gut gedämmt. Zimmer selbst war prima, Betten sehr gut. Gute Anbindung mit der Tram direkt vor der Tür.

Cons:

Frühstück war ok, aber nicht mehr. Vor allem diese kleinen Aufbackbrötchen haben nicht gefallen. Rest aber - positiv- ok.

Top Preis Leistung in bester Lage
Pros:

Wir hatten ein schönes, ruhiges, sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon zum Hinterhof. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Modern und stilvoll eingerichtet.
Sehr leckeres Frühstück, ich habe nichts vermisst.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Tolle Lage: in 2 Minuten mit der Tram am Alexanderplatz. Gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Da ich im Außendienst tätig bin, kann in diesem Hotel nach einem anstrengenden Tag wunderbar entspannen. Praktisch ist die Tiefgarage, sodass ich nicht lange nach einem Parkplatz suchen muss.

Cons:

Für mich gibt es nichts negatives anzumerken.

Alles war richtig gut.
Wir könnten sogar die Tiefgarage benutzen (20.- die Nacht).
Schönes großes Zimmer, bequeme Betten.
Ein Frühstücksei nach Anfrage extra frisch gemacht (vielen lieben Dank noch dafür)
