Pros:

Location is really good — a bit off to the side of everything, but it's about a 20-minute walk to Alexanderplatz and to the nice streets in the neighborhood, too. Clean and spasious room and bathroom, quiet hotel.

Cons:

For someone who's not into walking, the location might not be ideal, but for us it was totally fine.
