スタッフの方の説明が丁寧でした！加えて，ホテル全体で清潔感があり非常に手入れが行き届いていました。
11回にある銭湯も清潔感がありゆっくりとリラックスできました！

Un hôtel tout confort et proche de tout
Pros:

Un hôtel tout confort proche du centre historique de Kurashiki. On a aimé la belle grande chambre, le très bon petit déjeuner buffet, les bains chauds très beaux et agréables, la possibilité de venir prendre une boisson chaude ou froide. Un excellent sejour ( et kurashiki a une très belle vielle ville !)

Discrimination against people with tattoos
Pros:

The location

Cons:

The hotel itself is a pleasant place to stay, and overall the experience was good. However, like some other establishments, it enforces a policy that excludes guests with tattoos from using the sento.

Because of this, I can only give a one-star rating — especially since this restriction is not mentioned anywhere on Booking.com.

For an international hotel, this policy feels outdated. It’s 2026 — it’s time to reconsider.

So either that or people keep breaking the rule.

Pros:

Very nice location, right in the old town. Close to restaurants and shops. Staff friendly, room well appointed and modern. Has parking for additional cost which was handy as we had a rental car.

Cons:

Nothing, liked it all.

Perfektes, stilvolles Hotel in hervorragender Lage
Pros:

Sehr stilvolles Hotel mit wunderbarem Spa auf der obersten Etage. Das Frühstück bestand aus vielen fein zubereiteten Speisen, der Frühstücksraum ebenfalls in der obersten Etage bot einen herrlichen Blick bis auf die Inlandsee. Die Betten waren überaus komfortabel.

El Hotel en sí es muy bonito.

Cons:

El desayuno, no es de muy buena calidad, comparado con otros hoteles de misma categoria en Japón. Si subieran un poco la calidad o los detalles. Sería un lujo alojarse. Aunque hemos estado muy bien.
