地點其實離名古屋車站沒有很遠，叫計程車前往的話蠻方便的，飯店各方面都不錯，早餐也算豐盛，有機會會想要回去再住住。
Pros:

服務人員的態度真的很友善，協助了一些突發的狀況，後續也做了很多的關心，真的很推薦。

距離名古屋車站有些距離，需要小走一段路，有孩子的話可能需要注意一下。

連住五天，每日清潔後清潔人員都沒有把物品歸位，比如補充的衛生紙直接丟在衛生紙盒上沒有放進盒內、收完垃圾，垃圾桶直接丟在走道、抽屜備品補充後抽屜未關、髒被單一整坨仍在沙發上沒清走，整體感受到在清潔方便非常不認真仔細，而飯店官方僅回覆會在聯繫清

Good location near train station and restaurants.
Pros:

This hotel is in a good location close to the train station, and close to restaurants. The room was large, especially for a hotel in Japan.

Cons:

The bed was very firm, which was not really unexpected, however the pillows were terrible and flat.

Would recommend for a short stay
Pros:

The room is spacious. Ground floor resting area is so chill and pretty.

Cons:

The cafe staff was not really friendly/nice. As I don’t speak Japanese, they had difficulty understanding English.
