Pillows a little uncomfortable and sheets were quite thin

Check in was easy. Bed was comfortable. Relatively central location.
We were advised that parking was offsite at Wilsons Eureka. Parked there and got ticket as advised. Staff member on Adina check in counter said parking was $40 for the period of our stay. Advised that we could pay/validate our ticket at check out or just pay on exit on the carpark and that price would be the same. We chose to pay at exit of carpark. We were charged $135 for less than 24 hours in the carpark. I could not reverse or turn around to fix the problem as there were cars lined up behind me at the exit. This is absolutely not acceptable. If a hotel is going to use an offsite parking facility, you need to provide correct information. We will not stay at Adina in the future when we have a vehicle.
Also there was no soap in the bottle in the shower.
Great location. Clean and spacious room.
No iron in the room. Only ironing board but wonky. Took time for it to be delivered and burned my clothes. Some staff more friendly than others.
Close to our dining choice on South bank. Loved the interior design of apartment, and the large window view.
Just had a bit of trouble with the elevator only going to G and having to change to go to B.

The two-bedroom apartment was fantastic very spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay with our grandchildren. We were only there for one night, so we barely used the facilities, although the grandchildren did manage a quick swim. The location was excellent, with easy access to the CBD and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It was perfect for what we needed.
My only comment would be the price, which seemed quite high for the night, although I appreciate this may have been due to the very busy NFL weekend in Melbourne.
