部屋自体は、何ら問題なし
スタッフの対応も素晴らしいとおもいました
また利用させて欲しいです

Cons:

部屋の電話がイキナリ大音量のノイズを発したり、怪奇現象があまりにも多かった

無駄なものはなく、必要最低限のものは揃い、清潔でスタッフの対応が良い！大満足
Pros:

フロントの女性の対応がよかった。エレベーターがフロントのある2階で一度は止まるようになっているので防犯上良いと思う。掃除をしてくださる女性の挨拶も感じがよかった。

Cons:

暴走族のバイクの爆音が明け方まで時々聞こえる。
地域的に仕方ないかな。。と思いながら、彼らが大人になる事を願う。

ビジネスや1人旅で安く宿泊するならオススメかも。
Pros:

・天王寺駅からのアクセスの良さ。
・ホテル付近にあべのハルカスやコンビニやドンキがある。
・宿泊料より高級感があるホテルの内装。
・喫煙できる宿泊室がある。※ホテル内に喫煙所もアリ

Cons:

・電車とユニットバスの換気扇の騒音。
・一か月以上前に宿泊された方のレシートとタバコの吸い殻を机と冷蔵庫の隙間から発見。
　さらにベッド下から新品Yシャツについているような？クリップを発見しました。ちゃんと掃除していないのかな？と思い、一応メモ書きと一緒に置いておきました。
・室内に置いてあった時計の目覚まし設定をネットで調べる手間。※取説印刷して机上に置いてあったら良かったです。

まぁまあ。
Pros:

受付けのスタッフさんが、丁寧です。
お部屋も、シングルで十分な広さです。
隣室からの騒音はなしです。
新世界も徒歩圏内。

Cons:

備え付けのDHCのシャンプー、トリートメントは髪がガシガシになります。
部屋によりますが、浴室の24時間換気扇が壊れるの？と思うくらいうるさい。
ベッドテーブルやケトルに薄っすら埃がたまってて驚きました。
