Kort en fijn verblijf precies zoals verwacht en gehoopt!
Pros:

Zeer fijn gelegen zeer dichtbij Negombo Beach en andere leuke plekken. De kinderen hebben heerlijk gezwommen in het zwembad. Het ontbijt was goed en het personeel zeer vriendelijk. We kregen direct een nieuwe kamer toen bleek dat de airco het niet meer deed. Er werd meegedacht over vervoer en andere praktische zaken.

Cons:

De vloer rond het zwembad was zeer glad, de kinderen zijn meerdere keren uitgegleden.

Goed verblijf
Pros:

Heerlijk verblijf met fantastisch personeel! Het hotel beschikt niet over een lift, dus het is wel iedere keer klimmen naar de tweede etage. We hadden een familiekamer geboekt, welke erg ruim is voor vijf personen met jonge kinderen. De kamer had alleen een glazen douchedeur die niet goed open en dicht ging, wat voor de kinderen wel een gedoe was.

De dames van de receptie denken echt met je mee en geven goede adviezen. Bij aankomst op het vliegveld werden we direct netjes opgewacht door de chauffeur van het hotel. Het hotel ligt niet ver van de luchthaven, wat het een ideale keuze maakt als eerste hotel van de vakantie.

Het hotel heeft daarnaast een goed restaurant met veel lekkere gerechten op de kaart. In de straat vind je veel eetgelegenheden, maar hun eigen restaurant is absoluut aan te bevelen en zeker de moeite waard om te gaan eten. Tot slot was het zwembad groot genoeg voor de jonge kinderen.

Cons:

Zwembad ruimte kan beetje opgeknapt worden. Verder fantastisch verblijf.

Great hotel, would stay here again
Pros:

The bed was king size and super comfortable. Our rooms had balconies that overlooked the pool. We went for a swim in the pool and it was lovely. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. In particular the staff member named Jeewan was a very hard worker and accommodated all of our requests with a smile on his face, he was a standout! We loved the free airport shuttle too. We arrived at the Colombo airport late on a Saturday night and it was great to have a free ride to the hotel without needing to book our own transportation. It was super busy at the pick-up zone so we had to wait about 20 mins or so until the driver could get to us but all completely worth it. The driver's vehicle was clean and he was friendly and chatted with us during the trip.

Cons:

The shower water pressure could have been better but it's likely due to Negombo not having great plumbing in general.

Die Unterkunft hat es gut gefallen. Das Abendessen war dort auch sehr gut. Am nächsten Morgen gab es Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal war nett.
Das Familienzimmer war groß. Das Hotel befindet sich zentral und man hat aus dem Fenster Meerblick. An der Seite Poolblick.
Das Essen in dem Restaurant hat uns allen gut gefallen. Wir haben von Friedrice , Burger bis traditionelles Curry bestellt. Alles lecker.
