La peor experiencia

Cons:

-El desayuno, estuve 12 días y todos los días sirvieron huevos en el desayuno, no había otra opción.
-Las habitaciones, no son como las que muestran en booking, estaban rotos los muebles del baño, las llaves del baño estaban sueltas.
-El personal, tienen muy mala disposición para atender los requerimientos de los huéspedes, se nos perdieron unos artículos y nadie respondió por ellos.
-Las Camas, estaban en pésimo estado los colchones, todos sucios y manchados.
-Las Toallas, estaban muy sucias, nunca supe si las cambiaron.
-En dos oportunidades la habitación no tuvo agua, me llevaron un balde y un jarro para que me bañara, no cuentan con reserva de agua para casos de emergencia.
-La lavandería, cuando quise utilizar el servicio estaba mala y nunca llegó el técnico a repararla.
-El aseo de las habitaciones, solo hacen las camas, no barren ni pasan un paño por el suelo.

Pudo ser mejor.
Pros:

Buena ubicación y con parqueadero.

Cons:

Habitación sucia, piso sucio, toallas manchadas, cama hundida en el medio, aire deficiente y cuando estuve por fuera de la habitación y regresé a las horas, lo habían apagado.

В номере постоянный запах плесени. Не всегда была горячая вода. В ресторане при отеле нам отказались дать тарелку с приборами в номер на 1 час. Пятна на постельном белье и полотенцах. Постоянный шум от кухни (окно ванной выходило в кухню).

Pros:

Habitación amplia, cómoda y limpia. La ubicación muy buena, cerca de FARMATODO, Carulla y OLIMPICA. Cerca también a la playa. El personal muy amable y el desayuno muy completo!
