Very beautiful location and romantic vibe. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff is extremely friendly and proactive. We also had a very relaxing massage. Perfect hotel to relax in a typical traditional southern Italian flair.
My husband and I spent a few days at Masseria Calderisi during our honeymoon, and it was truly one of the most special places we have ever stayed. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff genuinely went above and beyond for every request it honestly felt like “no” was not in their vocabulary.
The property itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning grounds that create such a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. Every meal was incredible, and the food became one of the highlights of our stay.
What made this place unforgettable, though, was how welcomed and cared for we felt. It felt like home from the moment we arrived, and leaving was incredibly difficult, we truly never wanted to go.
We will recommend Masseria Calderisi to everyone we know and already cannot wait to return. Thank you for making part of our honeymoon so magical and memorable.

Allt är väldigt vackert och snyggt gjort! Verkligen en liten oas nära havet. Trevligt rum, trevlig personal, underbar pool. Stort plus med den uppvärmda poolen så pass tidigt under säsongen (tidigt i april, verkar ganska ovanligt i området när vi kikade på boenden inför resan). Boendet städade rummet 2 ggr/dag vilket kändes väldigt lyxigt.
Tyvärr obekväm säng, väldigt hård. Jag är gravid och måste ligga på sidan och fick ont i sidan och armarna varje natt. Trevlig frukost men skulle kunna hålla lite högre nivå givet prisklassen. Vi hade lite strul med att det var för varmt på rummet trots relativt låga temperaturer ute, som de skulle fixa men blev ej bättre tyvärr. Så vi fick sova med öppet fönster istället. Sen tycker vi att city tax och cover charges för alla måltider på hotellet bör framgå lite tydligare på förhand. I slutändan landade vår nota på nästan 100€ för två personer och fyra nätter i utgifter för city tax och cover charges när vi ätit lunch eller middag på hotellet (3€ per person för lunch och 5 € per person för middag). Tror vi åt tre middagar och två luncher på hotellet då. Tycker att de utgifterna bör framgå tydligare på förhand, särskilt när man betalar så pass mycket per natt för boendet redan och konsumtionen på plats är dyr. Gjorde tyvärr att man lämnar med en lite dålig eftersmak i munnen trots en fantastiskt fin vistelse.
This Masseria is stunning. The people who work there are the real gems of this place, which make it so welcoming. Unfortunately we suffered a freak weather storm whilst out there and it caused a few problems. The reason I could not make it a five star was two fold, firstly due to a very large American party coming in for a wedding made us feel like we were intruding guests. Second was the blatant rip off taxi prices! Make sure you hire a car!! This place is not cheap, however it is exclusive!
Had such a lovely experience staying at Masseria Calderisi. The staff was extremely helpful and the room was kept clean throughout the stay. We also enjoyed the cooking class and visiting Calderisi Mare (private beach).
We stayed 3 nights at this fabulous location and could have stayed for longer. The location is beautiful and the grounds are well manicured. The decor throughout was tasteful and fit the setting well. Staff are clearly well trained and friendly and we got great service throughout our stay. The Masseria is well located for day trips and is close to Savelletri which boasts some good fish restaurants. The food was delicious during our stay. Utilised the spa once for a massage which was very good. Thoroughly recommend this sophisticated hotel.

I don't want to write this because writing this means acceptance that I am currently no longer there. Alas, Masseria Calderisi was simply put one of the best places I've ever stayed. The thoughtfulness and beauty in every detail on the property. The 'I can't really describe it in any meaningful way' deliciousness of every meal. The great and friendly staff whose warmth and service make it easy to feel as if you've lived there for months or years rather than days. The location is also perfect as a jumping off point for any and all Puglia adventures. Honestly, I can't recommend this place enough, although I might bite my tongue and keep the "secret" so that there is availability when we inevitably go back!
This excruciatingly beautiful property is absolutely worth an extended stay if you are planning a couples or family trip to Puglia. It’s in a peaceful setting away from the busy towns but close enough to explore and other area restaurants.
The pool is a perfect temperature and beautifully designed with plenty of lounge chairs, and a fantastic restaurant and bar. The beach club is private to the hotel and club members (hotel guests cannot reserve chairs; you will get chairs but they may be several rows back from the shore). The beach is clean and water is clear; waves would be fun for kids. The food at the hotel and beach club is fresh and delicious (fresh oriechiette!).
Service is excellent as well. You can communicate with the staff via WhatsApp and they respond immediately.
Rooms are beautifully designed but my only complaint is the bed is extremely firm. The bathroom and shower feel like a spa. Our room has a nice garden and living room.
I would absolutely return and bring my children next time (kids under 11 are not permitted in August).
