La atención de Deisy maravillosa desde el principio de la preparación del viaje. Impresionante la organización de nuestra estancia en Villa Emitta.

Goede keuze
Pros:

Zeer ruime en comfortabele kamer, uitgebreid ontbijt met Aziatische en Westerse keuzes, fijn zwembad met uitzicht op de vulkaan. Vriendelijk personeel.

Ligt iets uit het centrum maar grab werkt hier uitstekend. Tomohon is een leuk dorpje en je kunt gemakkelijk verschillende activiteiten ondernemen, zowel georganiseerd als zelf.

Solide aber kein Highlight
Pros:

Wir waren 5 Tage in dem Hotel und müssen sagen, es war eines der lautesten Hotels in denen wir bisher gewesen sind. Bis tief in die Nacht schrien die Leute auf den Fluren und den benachbarten Zimmern und dadurch, dass alles so hellhörig war, war in manchen Nächten an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Das war super nervig! Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und auch die Sauberkeit war zufriedenstellend. Wenn man Lust auf ein sauberes Hotel mit Party-Hostel Style hat, go for it.

Cons:

Bij inckecken werd ons verteld uitzicht op berg. Maar bleek niet zo te zijn tis gewoon tegeneen hoge boom kijken en wat plantage gewoon niet waar dus andere kamers wel uitzicht op dr berg. En we hadden kamer boven de keuken wat erg vervelend was omdat de geur van het koken richting onze kamer kwam. Veel zal moeten upgegrade worden. De omgeving daarentegen was super mooi en vriendelijke locals.

Pros:

Great staff, nice room and good restaurant. The staff was excellent and always helped me with anything I needed like a very good driver and a scooter. They were very professional but also extremely friendly.

Cons:

It's a very noisy building because of all the hard surfaces. You can hear everything from the hallway and even the restaurant gets very loud. The building seems to amplifies any sound.

Comfortable but could be better
Pros:

The family room was great. Spacious and comfortable. Nice to have both bath and shower.

Cons:

Swimming pool was quite cold and didn’t look very clean.
The breakfasts were ok, neither good nor bad. On our second day we had to be in breakfast at 7am to leave early for a tour and options were very limited at that with no coffee ready before we had to leave.

De kamer was ruim, schoon en het bed was super. Het personeel was ook zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
