Snídaně, prostředí i personál byl skvělý. Určitě se vrátíme.
Pros:

Velmi doporučuji si připlatit za snídaně. Rozhodně za to stojí. Camp se nachází ve skvělé lokalitě, kolem je les a příroda. Všude je krásné ticho a klid. Určitě se budu chtít přímo sem vrátit. Další výhodou je služba self-check-in, kde si klíče vyzvednete v boxu, když nestíháte standartní dobu recepce :)

Cons:

Počítala jsem s tím, že když si rezervuji ubytování, tak je v ceně i povlečení na spaní. Tato informace by měla být více viditelná. Byla jsem potom překvapená zprávou, kde mi bylo sděleno, že si mohu přivézt vlastní, nebo si za poplatek zapůjčit. Poplatek jsem tedy zaplatila a povlečení dostala nachystané v taškách na ubytování. Příště už budeme vědět. Další problém byl s wi-fi připojením, nejspíš nedosáhne až k chatkám, kde jsme byli ubytovaní. K práci jsem připojení nutně potřebovala. A největší slabinou byla čistota - po příjezdu jsme rozložili gauč a za ním jsme našli oblečení po předchozích hostech. Upozorňuji však, že hosté mají možnost si po sobě uklízet samostatně. Takže hosté před námi to úplně nezvládli, všude bych prach (hodně prachu), ve sprše byly cizí vlasy, v ledničce zaschlé skvrny. Možná by to chtělo větší kontrolu ze strany kontroly ubytovatelů.

Pros:

The young lady at the reception was extremely nice and helpful, she was trying her best to help us with everything. She even moved us from the cabin (wich was very dusty, smelly and worn out) to the hotel, where the room was much nicer and overall experience was much better. So 10 points to the receptionist! THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP :)

Cons:

The rooms were quite cold, the heating was not on, but probably because we were there after the main season and there was no one at the reception after 6pm, so no one could help us. But other than that, everything in the hotel was perfect!

Pros:

Super Lage der richtige Ort zum Entspannen!

Cons:

Restaurant machte schon um 18 Uhr zu! In unserem Haus war der ganze Boden voller Hundehaare, der Teppich und die Decken beim Sofa auch! Das sollte so nicht sein! Zumal man 70€ für eine Endreinigung bezahlen muss!

Poor communication
Cons:

I warned the accommodation that I would be late. The message was acknowledged and I received a message to say that I would receive an additional messsge with cabin details.
I never received another message. When I got there the reception was closed and I hit no answer on the overnight emergency phone number,
As I was unable to stay there I requested a full refund but that message had been ignored.
