Great hotel from start to finish
Pros:

Loved staying in this hotel. Staff were so helpful and even scored a room upgrade. Room was perfect, location great close to the heart of things but far enough away to be peaceful. Bed was super comfortable. Loved the black out blinds allowed me to sleep in without knowing what was happening outside.

Sehr schöne und saubere Apartments
Pros:

Super schön und modern angelegt. Sehr großzügig mit Kaffee/Tee und Shampoo/ Duschgel. Es gibt sogar Conditioner. Sehr freundliches Personal, Gepäckabgabe und Unterbringung zu jeder Zeit möglich, sodass vor Check-In/ nach Check-Out sein Gepäck kostenlos unterbringen kann.

Cons:

Nichts, ein kostenloses Fitnessstudio würde diese Unterkunft zu einer 12/10 machen.

Positive experience nice place with a few small issues
Pros:

Clean, easy walking distance into the city. Modern facilities

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable with 2 single bed pushed together. You can feel where the beds separate. Surely you could get a thick mattress protector to stop this. Housekeeping was disappointing, they didn’t come clean our room one day and when we asked at reception they didn’t do anything about it. Just offering what we need, we got new towels but it still wasn’t cleaned

Very comfortable
Pros:

The room was really lovely. I had stayed the night before at a slightly shabby airport hotel in Auckland (not related) and this was a significant improvement. I loved it as soon as I walked in. Quiet luxury.

It was great that there was even a little kitchenette. Shower was huge.

The location is good: close enough to walk into the CBD, but fairly quiet.

The safe didn't work, I let the staff know in the evening and it was fixed the next day.

I felt the price was very reasonable for what I got (I paid NZD $168 per night).

Cons:

Nothing really. All was good.

Roomy apartment in a great location, but poorly built facilities.
Pros:

The location and the jacuzzi were great

Cons:

The bathroom was not clean. The grout between the tiles was black. Additionally the build of the bathroom was not thought out, the shower door has massive gaps at the bottom and sides. Every shower we took flooded the bathroom
