Hotel Panamera

Me encantó todo en general.
Como era el hotel moderno, bonito y bien situado.
Dos piscinas preciosas. Un roof top estupendo y muy cerca de todos los sitios para cenar y tomar algo.

Les deux piscines sont incroyables dont une à l’eau de mer. Le personnel, très agréable, y compris ceux en charge de garer la voiture. La chambre est très belle et esthétique. Les vélos à disposition des clients gratuitement.

My husband and I went to panamera in July and everything was great! Our room was nice and cozy, with a private plunge pool on the roof which was a perfect touch for a night time deep and stargazing. The hotel and restaurant staff were absolutely amazing they made our time at the hotel perfect! Jose also made some of the best cocktails while we there. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. Especially the front desk! The beach wasn’t at its best since July is sargassum season but it didn’t matter because panamera pools are the best! Also if you get a chance get a massage the masseuse there is absolutely amazing! We will definitely be back to panamera again!

Everything is wonderful about this resort: the location, the service, the food, the facilities. Above all, the staff is fabulous--attentive and good-natured. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation!

What a charming boutique hotel! We went there for our nephew’s wedding and had a wonderful experience! It was perfect for a destination wedding where the families could mix, mingle, get to know each other and not get “lost” in the hubbub of a large all inclusive resort. The staff were so friendly, warm and welcoming! They were very attentive! I’ll give a shout out to Alberto, Filipe, Armando, Luis, Juan, Dauib, Alexis, Ereke, Petro, Doso, Daniel and Mauricio! They all took such good care of all of us!

The rooms were very nice and air conditioned. The concierge were attentive to requests for extra items for our rooms and were quick to get them for us.

The beach club was very relaxing with service from bar and restaurant. Great pizzas!!

Hotel is located in a great, walkable zone with really nice restaurant options nearby.

We chose to get married at Hotel Panamera! Had never visited in person. Not only was every inch of the property beautiful and rich in character, but the hotel was also located on lovely strip, walking distance to a variety of restaurants, shops, and a cenote! The staff was impeccable. Any need you had, they were accommodating you with a smile. They memorized our names and preferences. Each and every person was kind, respectful, and genuine - something I have never experienced to this degree in the States. Our wedding was flawless due to their communication, practice, and organization. We were so impressed! They made us feel like true VIPs by accommodating any need or request from ourselves and our guests. Panamera has our heart. So thankful we chose this location, and thankful to have this place and people as part of our story forever.

We had the best time at the Panamera for my cousin’s wedding in May 2026. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was incredible, attentive and kind and the food was amazing! Highly highly recommend.

My son celebrated his wedding at the Panamera Hotel in Tulum. It was absolutely gorgeous! The food was delicious but what made it so special was the way we were treated by the whole Panamera staff , here are the names of those who were hospitable: Alberto, Juan. Joshua, Erick, David, Hector, Armando, cesar, Zazi, Angie, and Zazi.. also Laura from Transfers and Angel who was our driver, kuddos to them , nicest people ever ‘ 😘 I will miss this hotel .

The service was top notch!! I loved how accommodating they were, the food and drinks were so good, the area was safe and fun to walk around or visit a Cenote. Loved that it was a smaller hotel and not packed with a million people. The 2 pools were beautiful, but laying on the loungers at the beach with constant food and drink service was perfection.
