overall pleasant stay.
Pros:

The location is very convenient because the public transport station is right next to it.
The rest of the overall facilities are good and comfortable, especially Muslim showers are available in the restrooms.

Расположение отличное, рядом метро, магазины с продуктами и вкусная выпечка

Cons:

Начну с того, что я абсолютно не претензионный постоялец, не требую золотых унитазов и завтрака с миллионами блюд. Но этот отель меня удивил, не в хорошем смысле этого слова. Мы снимали 2 номера, 1 с кухней (это очень удобно, единственное было очень мало посуды и не было микроволновки) и 1 обычный. 4 взрослых и 2 детей. Завтрак точно не стоит 30 лари, т.к. за эти деньги можно поесть гораздо вкуснее. Как только мы заселились у нас в номере не работал кондиционер и дверь не открывалась магнитным ключом, мы попросили заменить номер, на что нам сказали, вы должны отменить бронь на букинге и забронировать другой номер, т.е. заплатить еще раз (когда вернут деньги за уже оплаченный номер не известно). До сих пор не понимаю, причём здесь букинг, если проблема с номером. В итоге нам починили кондиционер и ключ (но за неделю проживания, проблемы с ключом были еще 2 раза). К слову мы жили на 8 этаже, лифт работает очень странно, проще было пешком спуститься. На букинге заявлено, что у апартаментов 4 звезды...не понимаю за что? Уборка ужасная, несколько раз просили выкинуть мусор и дать туалетную бумагу. Полы не мыли ни разу, дети любят ходить босиком и у них были чёрные ноги от полов. Белье не меняли ни разу (тут, вопросов нет, т.к. на букинге заявлено, что замена платная) но странно немного для 4-х звезд...замена полотенец тоже какая-то странная была... впервые за всю историю моих бронирований я написала нехороший отзыв, но этот отель абсолютно точно не стоит этих денег.

离开火车站还算近，房间还算大

门不能锁，不安全，而且隔音很差，住在八楼，凌晨一点后睡，外面觉得吵

Pros:

Ein sehr nettes Personal, ich durfte bereits einige Stunden vor dem Check in rein in das Zimmer, ohne Aufpreis - herzlichen Dank dafür an das Team!
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen und immer ansprechbar.
Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sind gut gewesen, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs genau passend!
Das WLAN hat super funktioniert!

Комфортный современный апарт отель
Pros:

Отличные апартаменты, приезжаем уже второй раз. Бассейн, парковка, хороший завтрак. Сотрудники готовы помочь, гостеприимны и доброжелательны.

Cons:

Все понравилось, пригодились бы наматрасники (чтобы помягче был матрас), и было бы идеально. И как пожелание - гостей бассейна (не живущих в отеле) просить надевать шапочки или хотя бы убирать наверх длинные волосы для чистоты.
