The Toilet didn't have a lid, the telephone didn't work and the taxi driver told me that the hotel was located in a bad neighborhood that I have to be careful.

En La habitación no enfriaba el aire y la cortina estaba en mal estado
Desepcionante al reservar una suite con jacuzzi y encontrar una habitación tan sencilla y un jacuzzi que te lo apagan a la media hora de comenzar a usarlo y todavía peor no poder volver a usarlo en tu estadía por eso decidí irme a otro hotel donde de verdad me ofrecieran la comodidad que yo deseaba..
No me gustó la falta de respeto con el usuario ya que si se cancela cierto valor por los servicios adicionales que tiene la habitación deberían de dejar que el usuario disfrute por lo que el está pagando como me pasó a mi con el jacuzzi en mi primera noche de boda.

Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit. Es gibt immer Kaffee und Wasser im Eingangsbereich.
Wir waren während Karneval da, dementsprechend waren die Preise enorm hoch. Man braucht ca. 20-25 Minuten in die Innenstadt bzw. zum Karneval. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Vor allem hört man die Walkie-Talkies der Angestellten, die die Gänge entlang laufen. Einer unserer Gruppe war etwas früher da (vor der offiziellen Zeit zum einchecken). Er hat die Zimmerschlüssel bekommen. Nach einer halben Stunde wurde er auf dem Zimmer angerufen und darüber informiert, dass der early Check-in 60.000 Pesos kostet. Sowas muss vor dem Check-in mitgeteilt werden.
