הצוות ממש נחמד ומוכן לעזור תמיד. מאד אדיבים וחביבים

Cons:

ארוחת בוקר מזעזעת, לחמים ולחמניות לא טריים בכלל, המזון מיועד ללקוח המקומי ולא ממש תואם את ההרגלים האירופאיים. הצלחות לא תמיד ממש נקיות.
מחניק וחם במעליות.
המנקים באים מוקדם (שעה 8 בבוקר) והעירו אותנו, ממש דפקו חזק בדלת וצלצלו עד שפתחנו, השירותים לא ממש נקיים, מלאי אבנית.
אין מספיק מקום לשים דברים. מגבות אפורות ולא נעימות. מיני בר מביש!

Just a typical nice hotel in a city full of them

Just a typical nice hotel with amenities.

Cons:

The hotel seems to be declining over the years: As compared to last year's stay: rooms (One Deluxe Suite, 2 Deluxe Standards) are excellent except the desk light in one of the rooms does not work; I find a small bug/cockroach in my room's bathroom (standard 2-bed); the reception desk staff are burly, disrespctful to my aunt and one of them is overly strict on rule (demanding to see a 1-year old child's passport/ID); advanced request for connnected/adjoining rooms is ignored; the hotel pool does not offer children pool. We choose this hotel for its proximity to the airport but might not stay at this hotel the next time.
