Our massage was amazing, best one we've both ever had. The pool area and relaxation area perfect ☺️
Dinner was exceptional, absolutely delicious! And breakfast was great too. Cocktails are delightful too.
Room was everything we needed. The hotel generally looks fantastic and the staff are welcoming, polite and friendly. Reasonably priced too for food and drinks.

Cons:

Could have done with some shower gel in the spa showers.
Need a bit of mould remover around the bottom of the shower.
Doors are very loud when you let them close themselves so got woken up a few times

Location was great and close to north coast

Cons:

The way we were treated from the minute we checked in until we checked out, this is now 2026 and not 1986 and we as a family are very well travelled across the world and at least once a month we take weekend breaks in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland and for the first time ever I feel that my surname(religion) made for not a pleasant stay at this hotel, and we will never stay in this hotel again and will not recommend it either
