Excellent hotel with the best staff
Pros:

The staff make this hotel. Everything is beautiful, the rooms, food and location are all excellent but the staff are amazing. Special mention to Matthew at reception who went above and beyond - he's the best! Fabulous accommodation, excellent breakfast, and friendly staff who make it feel like a home from home. Five stars!

Nicely presented hotel, with a really good restaurant and lovely staff
Pros:

Nicely presented, great restaurant and very friendly staff

Cons:

The bed was a bit too hard for me. The shower head needed cleaning as it sprayed water all over the floor. Not very sound proof.
