Excellent hotel with the best staff
Pros:

The staff make this hotel. Everything is beautiful, the rooms, food and location are all excellent but the staff are amazing. Special mention to Matthew at reception who went above and beyond - he's the best! Fabulous accommodation, excellent breakfast, and friendly staff who make it feel like a home from home. Five stars!

Cons:

The bed was a bit too hard for me. The shower head needed cleaning as it sprayed water all over the floor. Not very sound proof.

For the price we paid it was good but if I was to come back I would definitely ask for a better room and book in advance

It was cozy warm and comfortable bedding staff where lovely it’s private area and lovely seating outside

The room we stayed in seemed very outdated the WiFi did not work at all for tv or phones, there curtains looked old and I think me and my partner definitely could of got a better bedroom, also only 12 people aloud in pool spa area when u come to stay which was not stated to us before booking, breakfast was amazing but the dinner wasn’t that great I got a burger but u never got a side with it u had to pay extra? My partner got duck and was tasteless drinks where good and dessert was amazing the staff where lovely though, it’s good for the price but we where sent to back of building and the room definitely could have been better or a different room

Good value, enjoyable
Pros:

Good breakfast, good value, love that in the family room the kids beds are in their own mini room within it so we can watch tv etc when they are sleeping

The singer on from 8.30 to 10.30 was the highlight off our trip

Cons:

Coffee machine not working hotels WiFi not working from we arrived at 3pm until about 8.30pm that night. Tables not cleared in the bar area for over an hour and we had to clear the tables ourselves all night
