Emplacement proche de la gare/ propreté de la chambre/ la chambre est . Enregistrement possible plus tôt que prévu en prévenant l’établissement.

Cons:

Horaires du petit déjeuner mal précisé et varié selon les jours: ce serait mieux 8h-10h chaque matin plutôt que la fin du petit-déjeuner à 9h. Nous avons raté celui du mardi car arrivés pour 9h15🙁
Petit déjeuner relativement varié mais avec trop de « sucré » (gâteaux divers) au détriment d’autres mets. Quelques viennoiseries nous ont été apportées sur la table (trois croissants et deux petits pains au chocolat sans aucun autres disponibles), mais pas suffisamment pour chacun puisque nous étions trois. Lundi matin à 8h, il y avait à peine 2/3 pommes, quelques yaourts, deux assiettes avec une tranche de jambon, 2 œufs durs… ces aliments n’ont pas été renouvelés pendant que nous déjeunions.
Code wifi non communiqué à notre arrivée dimanche : la jeune femme qui nous a reçus vers 14h ne semblait pas le connaître. Nous ne pouvions donc pas utiliser le wi-fi de Dimanche à lundi matin.
Ce serait bien que ce code soit affiché soit à l’accueil soit dans la chambre.
Standard de l’accueil souvent fermé.

Pros:

Tutto bello e accogliente, gentile anche la signora proprietaria che ci ha risposto subito in anticipo prima del check in, ottimo l'albergo vicino al centro e tanti ristoranti vicini. Colazione buona e fresca ma servivano anche cose salate da mangiare . Ottima la funzione delle macchine se in caso di bisogno.

Cons:

Alcune stanze hanno bisogno di essere ristrutturarte e da rinnovate, abbiamo avuto la presenza del bagno piccolo e la ventola era sporchissima, piena di polvere,la cartaigienica veniva servita solo in 1 pezzo( solo 1 rotolo) , tutto il resto andava bene.

La posizione è sicuramente conveniente, abbiamo potuto girare il centro completamente a piedi. Il personale è stato super gentile e disponibile

Cons:

Il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Inoltre la camera era poco curata (soffitto scrostato, pavimento difettoso e aggiustato alla meglio, armadio pericolante)

Uno spazio in esclusiva a Sarzana centro
Pros:

La manager era molto gentile e disponibile. Checkout facilissimo e veloce. Idem per il check-in. Camera silenziosa e spaziosa. Wifi con un buon segnale. Accesso automatico con pin. Bagno riscaldato ed essenziale. Pulizia ottima! Vista graziosa con veneziane. Il design della stanza era molto bello con carta da parati, mattoncino a vista e lampadario a discesa!

Cons:

La password per il Wi-Fi sarebbe meglio includerla nelle info al check-in o su booking o scriverla nelle info in camera (se c'era non l'ho trovata purtroppo). La colazione era di qualità un pochino bassa. Il materasso era un po' scomodo per un soggiorno di più di una notte e in bagno c'erano strettamente due prodotti mini.
