Pros:

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Location is good with many eateries around it and good distance to travel around.

Cons:

One way road so cars need to do big turns to reach it from certain directions which is bad during traffic jams.

There seemed to be an issue with the sewerage piping in the ensuite bathroom. The bathroom smelled unpleasant despite that it was clean and relatively well maintained. Such a pity.
