Great location, fun extras in the room, good service, great pool & buffet breakfast.
Pros:

Our first time at the W. Really enjoyed exploring this part of Melbourne - the hotel is in a great location. Even the ‘cosy’ king room was large and very comfortable.

Exceeded all our expectations
Pros:

Guest service, Food, Housekeeping were absolutely impeccable. We were so surprised and so grateful for our room upgrade. We were so lucky!!! W Melbourne also decided to drop our initial cancelation fee on our original booking after our dog sitter cancelled. I emailed W via booking.com and explained the situation and also told them we were going to reschedule our stay to the upcoming weekend. They were very kind as to forego the cancellation fees which was another wonderful surprise as well. All in all an amazing weekend stay at W and we will be back next month for our sons 16th birthday. Thankyou everyone.

Cons:

The only thing I could think of was with the room service ceaser salad maybe a little less sauce with the option to have a little more on the side. This is the only thing I could come up with!
