Good location and breakfast staff were really nice.

Cons:

Hotel rooms would need better cleaning. Breakfast needs some improvement like fresh fruits instead of frozen ones.

Great place to start our Japan trip
Pros:

Great location in an interesting neighborhood, easy to get to all the other spots in Tokyo. Room has everything you could wish for. Staff was very nice 🙂

Choose the hotel if you prefer location. Select service hotel so expectations on service are low.
Pros:

Location is very nice and close to train connections so convenient to different locations.

Cons:

Housekeeping services for long stay guests are not logical. We stayed for 4 nights and they mentioned they would clean the room on day 3 which does not make sense at all. They should have cleaned the room on day 2 and day 4 we would check out. Having a room dirty for 3 days is just unacceptable in any star of hotels.

Good location, quite small rooms by even Japanese standards but well equipped, clean and quiet.

Cons:

Foyer, reception area is a bit tired and underwhelming.

Location is everything
Pros:

Location was amazing, right next to the akasaka train station which connected us to go everywhere. Supermarkets and restaurants at the door step.

Cons:

The room was very basic and small but provided what we needed so no complaints .
