An extremely comfortable hotel experience.
Pros:

The upgrade to the 16th floor
Was a lovely surprise. The staff were all so lovely and Sunny at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant served exceptional food and the pool was a nice addition. The room itself was extremely comfortable and well equipped. Would highly recommend.

Cons:

The spa facilities in the pool area were closed which was unfortunate.

Superbe !
Pros:

L’établissement était très bien situé, proche des transports en communs.
Le personnel était très sympathique et à l’écoute. Il y avait de quoi faire des machines.
Il y a également un petit déjeuner à petit prix qui était très bon.
Nous étions deux dans une chambre, espace petit mais cela est assez fréquent au Japon.

Perfecte locatie en goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding
Pros:

De locatie is echt perfect om alles in het centrum van Tokyo te bezoeken. Je hebt ook allemaal restaurantjes en winkels in de buurt. En het allerbeste is dat het super stil is.

Wij hadden twee losse bedden, daardoor was de kamer wat groter. Dat is wel een aanrader.

Cons:

Het verschonen van de kamer was wat ingewikkeld. Het ontbijt is relatief duur voor wat je krijgt.

Convenience to the stations after a long day of travel, the room was nice, but a little small but we knew that.

Cons:

Our bath tub leaked water on day two, the hotel cleaned it afterwards but it caught us off guard

Pros:

Ubicacion, limpieza, productos que proveen en la estadia, buen wifi, la habitacion era super linda y amplia.

Cons:

El asensor tarda demasiado. Podes estar esperando mas de un minuto hasta que venga muy comunmente. El personal me quiso cobrar 3 mil yenes por tirar un carry on que se me rompio (en otro hotel me ayudaron sin costo).

Would stay again. Great experience
Pros:

very clean, location was great for transport to different cities. Nice local bars and food till late night. Right next to convenience stores and few minutes from bar suzume which is a speakeasy open till 6am!
