La disponibilidad del Gerente Victor Navarro, nos ayudó mucho con solucionar varios desperfectos y termino cambiandonos de habitación donde ya pudimos descansar muy bien
La Habitación 102, le falta mucho mantenimiento, y había unas huéspedes haciendo mucho ruido, por estar ebrias y llorando, azotando las puertas, lo bueno es que nos cambiaron de habitación

The location is excellent, making it easy to explore central Guadalajara, and the colonial building is genuinely charming and unique. The hotel was reasonably clean, we felt safe during our stay, and the housekeeper was kind. The price was reasonable overall, although it did not feel like exceptional value given the level of service.
The check-in experience was unnecessarily frustrating. American Express was not accepted despite an American Express sign at the front desk, so we had to use a Visa card instead. The credit card machine also needed to be restarted, and we were charged in full upon check-in. At check-out, no receipt was provided, and one was only offered upon request via WhatsApp, which felt very unprofessional.
The reception staff, particularly during the afternoon and night, were unfriendly and did not greet guests. We also received a notice stating that stained towels would result in an additional charge, which felt unnecessarily harsh and gave the impression of a very cheap hotel. Despite the room being occupied by two adults, we were not provided with a second key, with the receptionist citing “policies.”
There were also several basic comfort and safety concerns. The shower had very low water pressure, and the temperature was difficult to control. There was no lighting along the staircase at night, which could be a safety hazard, and the interior lobby was extremely dark, creating an ominous feeling when arriving late at night. Finally, the breakfast was poor in quality and overpriced. No latte was available, and the coffee was of poor quality. Overall, while the location and building are appealing, the hotel needs to improve its service, professionalism, and attention to guest comfort.
No se escuchaba ruido, buena ubicación

La ubicación para visitar los sitios de interés cultural, el resto de la zona, bastante agobiante por ser muy comercial.
El baño y la presión de la ducha muy mal, prácticamente no salía agua. Sin ningún tipo de ventilación.
Al llegar no pudimos pagar con la tarjeta y ellos muy amable esperaron hasta que me llegara el dinero de Chile y eso fue después de 2 días. Eso se agradece mucho por la confianza...
Lo único que falto un frigobar en la habitación...
desayuno bueno.
no hay estacionamiento. nosotros llegamos a las 11 de la noche y tuvimos que dejar nuestro carro en la calle, en ese lapso nos golpearon el carro que por cierto era rentado y por un video de seguridad se mira el responsable aun asi el hotel no se quiso hacer cargo del daño.

No me gustó nada el hotel, porque las fotos que ponen no es lo que realmente es el hotel y las habitaciones, mala limpieza había cucarachas y se veía la habitación desaseada, había mucho ruido por la noche, se escuchaba como se reían desde la recepción y corriendo por los pasillos los niños en horas muy tempranas, el estacionamiento no esta en el mismo hotel y tienen un horario para guardarlo, por lo que tuvimos que dejar el auto afuera bajo nuestra responsabilidad, definitivamente no lo recomiendo, muy mala experiencia.

Es súper bonito, las habitaciones son súper cómodas, a pesar de que da vista a la calle y era el fanfest pudimos descansar, tienen ventilador de techo y también aire acondicionado, el baño es súper bonito, todos nos atendieron bien y el desayuno que venden es delicioso, sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí y también nos guardaron nuestras maletas
La comodidad y el restaurant
Me hizo falta un espejo de cuerpo completo en el cuarto.
