Excelente atención
Pros:

La atención del personal excelente, muy amables al recibirnos. La cama muy cómoda y el baño muy limpio.

Cons:

No había muchos conectores para la luz. Muy rico el desayuno pero no hay muchas opciones para escoger en el buffet. Había unas personas muy ruidosas cerca de la habitación, pero pues no eran propias del hotel.

La ubicación es excelente, tiene vistas muy bonitas a la ciudad y puedes ir caminando a muchos sitios en el centro

Cons:

El desayuno que incluye el hotel podría mejorar bastante, tienes que esperar alrededor de 20-30 minutos para que te pregunten como quieres los huevos, los sirven acompañados de chilaquiles y frijoles, las porciones son muy pequeñas, en resumen te toma alrededor de 1 hora desayunar y si te quedas con hambre

The hotel needs a little upgrading in their furniture and maybe a little more maintenance.
Pros:

The location is awesome. You get a good view of the cathedral and you also have quick access to coffee shops, Oxxo, souvenir stores and a lot more. The location is honestly perfect if you want to be in the downtown area.

Cons:

The beds were really run down. When I laid on the edges the springs were so bad I almost feel over. The rooms definitely need new beds and the cleaning needs to be better. The floors were kind of dirty and the shower water was not draining properly. The breakfast was ok.

Hotel Casa Santa Lucía lo peor en Zacatecas

Cons:

Habitaciones en mal estado, no valía la puerta del baño, no hay agua caliente, coladera en mal estado, personal que no sabe tratar a los clientes.
No tienen estacionamiento privado todo es un engaño.
