Propreté des chambres et équipements corrects.
Bruyant, évitez les chambres proches de la route ( une 4 voies très fréquentée !)
Pas de petit-déjeuner mais un café à côté.
Accueil courtois mais en deçà des standards thaïlandais par ailleurs excellents.
הזמנו סוויטה, החדר גדול עם סלון ובו מיטה, מטבח ובנוסף חדר שינה בנפרד, מקלחת בגודל סביר. הדלת למרפסת לא נסגרה טוב. הכניסה לסוויטה היא באמצעות מדרגות (אין מעלית לחלק זה). השרות בקבלה היה מעולה. תשלום במזומן או תוספת של כמה אחוזים באשראי. בריכה וג'קוזי בגודל טוב. קשה מאוד להזמין מונית למלון- הם לא מצאו את הנקודה ובסוף ביטלו את הנסיעה.

My stay at Peranakan House was overwhelmingly positive. The room itself was a highlight, boasting an excellent bed and equally comfortable pillows that ensured a restful sleep. The apartment was impeccably clean, a testament to the really nice and kind cleaning staff who clearly take pride in their work. The big room provided ample space, and the inclusion of a separate closet was a thoughtful and practical touch. For those traveling with vehicles, the parking space for both cars and motor vehicles was also excellent, offering great convenience. While the air conditioning unit in room 1102 appeared to be new, I did observe a slight leak, suggesting it might benefit from a small maintenance check to ensure optimal performance.
While my stay at Peranakan House was excellent overall, the television offered only Thai channels with a lot of news and commercials, and no movie options. It would greatly enhance the guest experience, especially in the evenings, to include some international and movie channels."

No toothpaste, tooth brush, no shaving blade. Especially shaving blade, cannot bring on the flight.

Located far away from where we went out but this is why the price was good & the pool and gym was average.
I like everything of this property. The structure, painting, cleanlines, soft comfy bed, respectful and attentive staffs. 11/10. Definitely gonna come back for a long stay. The hotel is also accessible to Central Mall Phuket, have laundry mat nearby. They also have restaurant on the 4th floor and its Halal. Definitely worth it.
Some noise from the buzzing trafic of Phuket City. Which isn't a problem for me as I'm enjoying my stay here. If you plan to maximize your stay, better rent a motor bike or car.
I like the style and the design of your hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The bed is nice and relaxing. I would stay again. The front desk customer service was super helpful and accommodated to our needs.
The only thing i don't like is the traffic noise from the main road. Since your hotel is right next to the main road I can hear everything from my bedroom.
