Buena habitación, muy mal alberca y ubicación de habitación
Pros:

Las habitaciones están de maravilla, muy bien adornadas y las camas muy cómodas, equipadas también con aire acondicionado

Cons:

La alberca nos desilusionó mucho, cuando llegamos lo primero que notamos es el nivel del agua, fácil le faltaban como 40 cm, pero lo dejamos pasar porque sabemos que limitan a los hoteles el suministro de agua, pero lo que sí nos disgustó fue pisar como musgo en el fondo y voltear y en efecto ver verdes ciertas partes de la alberca, esto sumado que en general había mucha basura e insectos flotando en ella, enviamos un mensaje ese mismo día a dirección y nos dijeron que lo comunicarían pero en toda nuestra estancia no nos sentimos agusto metiéndonos a la alberca por la que habíamos reservado este hotel. Espero si lo hayan solucionado. Aparte, nos tocó la suerte de que una familia muy numerosa llegara y se quedarán en el área común debajo de nuestra habitación con música y tomando, esa noche agradecemos que el staff nos cambiara de habitación pero la verdad si fue una molestia habernos tenido que cambiar, deberían en todo caso mover el área de bar.

Beautiful location; not sure I will return though; maintenance (water) issues.

Cons:

When we woke up in the morning, there was no running water in the whole hotel. No one seemed to know what to do or was in a rush to take care of it. We had to leave, didn't have time for a shower. The staff at checkout didn't say anything about it or offer any type of discount.

Muy bonito lugar, puede mejorar su atención

Esta todo nuevo y decorado padrísimo. La habitación estaba de lujo y su jacuzzi con agua caliente. Excelente ubicación con vistas muy bonitas.

Cons:

El servicio del personal deja que desear, estaban todo el tiempo en el celular. Eran amables pero hasta que te pelaban para atenderte si no te ignoraban viendo el teléfono. Podrían darle mas mantenimiento a la alberca porque no recogen la basura . Mas iluminación porque nos toco todo obscuro en la área de alberca y las áreas verdes cuando éramos muchos en el lugar.

Realmente llegamos con muchas expectativas, habiamos reservado para 4 personas y al final solo llegamos 3 personas, envie previamente a mi llegada un mensaje donde solicitaba una cama extra para poder dormir comodos nadie me respondio, pero como al final solo eramos 3 pues dejamos ir el tema que no hayan respondido. al llegar hicimos check in y salimos de inmediato a comer a otro lugar, al regresar de nuestra cena queriamos usar las amenidades que se nos ofrecia, en este caso el jacujzzi, desafortunamente vimos que el jacuzzi no habia sido limpiado, el jacuzzi presentaba un stin como grasa pegado a las paredes de la tina. eso nos genero un poco de desconfianza y no pudimos usarlo ya que pedimos que mantenimiento viniera y se ofrecieron a limpiar con un trapo, pero queríamos que fuera desinfectado. al pasar la mano la grasa o el mugre caia lo cual demostraba que eso no era una mancha si suciedad. de verdad que las instalaciones son hermosas, pero por favor mucha atencion a esos detalles. realmente hacen la diferencia y esta vez prefiero no subir foto.

La ubicación es excelente y la habitación bastante cómoda, en especial la cama. Fue justo lo que esperaba y un poco más. La estancia fue bastante agradable y las instalaciones bastante cuidadas.

El lugar está Agustisimo, la alberca deliciosa y el área de jacuzzi excelente!

Cons:

Que solo dan 1 tarjeta para entrar al establecimiento y no dejan estacionarse adentro más que a un solo carro, si somos una familia con varios miembros en la familia es injusto que solo den solo un pase para solo una camioneta!.

A acomodacao e linda e confortavel, o lugar e sensacional e fomos muito bem atendidos. Alem disso o Hotel esta proximo ao centro e da para ir cainhando

Cons:

O unico problema que tivemos que considero grave e a falta de agua quente, pegamos o quarto com uma Jacuzzi para consegui utilizar mas a agua nao esquentava nunca, o mesmo acontecia com a agua do chuveiro. Acabou que ficamos muito tempo esperando eles resolverem o chuveiro.

I loved the grounds. It was beautiful, trees and vegetation top tier

Cons:

The pools and hot tubs were very disappointing although it was beautiful for the price you would think the pool maintenance would be better. There were bugs all on top of both pool and hot tubs so bad that my kids refused to get in. There was also algae all over the bottom of the pool. Also on the booking it said complimentary continental breakfast but when I asked about breakfast the next morning they told us where we had to go to eat and we had to pay and it was pricier than going out to eat. Also I had no idea that the apartments had two flights of stairs which I feel should be stated since I have a 1yr old that it could've been dangerous for had we not found a way to block her. I also feel like there were so many amenities listed for the property but no clear instructions for where, times, and how to use which had there been a pamphlet or something it would've been easier than having to talk to receptionist.
