Cons:

Le petit dejeuner moyen ce que je n'ai pas aimé aussi on doit se servir avec des assiettes en plastique . Je peux comprendre ceci car le petit dejeuner est gratuit mais je préfère payer et avoir mieux que ça.

​I had a very frustrating experience entirely due to the behavior of the receptionist, Sohail. From the onset of the interaction, he was inexplicably rude and completely lacked basic customer service skills.
​What stood out the most, however, was his blatant disrespect for his own team. While his colleagues were actively trying to help and behaving with total professionalism, Sohail went out of his way to contradict them. He openly dismissed their input, explicitly stating that they were wrong and that only he was right

Great stay.
Pros:

Cons:

- My pillows were too soft. Head goes right in, no neck support. 2 pillows got too high. I managed to figure out how to balance the 2 by the second night. Otherwise the room was great.
- on site EV charging but will cost you extra. Not free for guests and only 2 chargers. $1.50/hr. Glad to have it though. Flo (vendor) wanted a preload of $10 minimum. I ended up using only $8 by the end of the trip. 1hr gave me 8-9% battery charge .
- nice to have extra would be to replace carpet with Hardwood or laminate or add scent in hallways. Sometimes we got weird damp type smells.

Pros:

Breakfast surpassed my expectations, room was very spacious and clean. Parking was great and check out very smooth.
I’d recommend if you don’t have to stay downtown Ottawa or does not want to spend a lot of money.

I will never back to this hotel nor I will recommend anyone to this hotel. Very expensive.
Pros:

I did not like anything except the location of the hotel. Breakfast is worst and very slow service. Coffee was cold. I have never seen keeping a coffee cold at 8 am. All items are frozen. Not much varieties in the breakfast. Your room rent is very expensive. I will not even pay more than 60 CAD per day.

Cons:

Your check-in time is at 3 pm, and checkout is 11 am the next day. Why? When your room service is every other day. Why do you need these 4 hours for? Exhaust fan not working in the washrooms.
