The location is very convenient! The hotel is close to attractions and restaurants, all within walking distance. The staff were helpful and nice! It’s a very affordable hotel and good value. Overall for value it was sufficient for our needs and the location was great!
The room was fairly clean but had stains in the toilet and the comforter blanket I had smelt a bit off. Otherwise the room was cleanly!

Small room which the hotel staff were able to change to larger room with no problem.
Good location near Tenjin Minami Station with lots of restaurants and shopping areas within walking distance. Our Twin Room was very clean and spacious.
We paid for the breakfast buffet one morning and it was disappointing with a very limited selection to choose from. Would not recommend paying for this.

The employees at the hotel breakfast were so welcoming and cheerful. It was a great start to the day. Also I appreciated that even if we didn’t ask for maid service, the cleaning staff still left a bag with fresh towels on the door.
Our room was not well soundproofed, we could hear neighbors and also noise from the hall. Definitely used ear plugs and white noise app at night.
