The hotel was perfectly located near the attractions and places in the national harbor. The parking garage was very near as well.

I love the front desk courtesy. She was great she was there at 7:30pm on a Tuesday I honestly forgot her name but she was so nice and welcoming.
Parking lot… having to walk which is fine but sometimes with so much luggage and kids it’s so inconvenient

No smoking room
The request low level floor that was close to an elevator with a view of the water was was provided as requested....perfect
No valet parking....my boyfriend is handicapped...was very difficult. I had to drop him or bags off at the hotel first... then park..walk back to the hotel..each time we ventured out.

The property was clean and easily accessible. The room was cozy and provided much needed respite. The staff were very polite and helpful. They greeted us and even went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and celebrated.

The breakfast was great, tasty and fresh. It was well matched with the ambience of the dining area.
We loved the showers, they drained well and with glass anti-spill to take of any splashes.
In the toilets it could help if there was air suction to quickly get rid of bad odor after rest room use. For a deep sleep the dark thick curtaining to cut out any sun can be of great help.
