Pros:

The check-in staff was amazing, extremely friendly and knowledgeable, warm and welcoming. The room was spotless The view. Gorgeous and rememberable

Cons:

Parking was not included the amenities were okay but a pool would be great and more sitting options in the common areas for guests

Couldn't of asked for a better stay for my man's 40th bday.
Pros:

Came to celebrate my mans 40th birthday at the MGM friday, after a bad experience wjth Residency Inn right up the street we came here luckily had a reservation that was not canceled by mistake thank goodness .The staff was amazing even stayed an extra night without warning last min they were accommodating kept us in the same room with breath taking views where we enjoy dinner from the in house bar. Clean friendly and all around great stay for my mans 40th birthday!!!

It was okay.
Pros:

Location is deceiving because you assume the property will be immaculate. Only thing that was clean 9/10 was the bathroom.

Cons:

Room was dirty I could’ve stayed at a lower tier hotel and it would’ve been better like the Hilton garden in Woodbridge.

Excellent short mini getaway!
Pros:

The property was clean , the employees were nice and knowledgeable - Chloe at the front desk was excellent. The only thing that needed improvement was more staff at the restaurant. Antoinette was an Awesome waitress!

Pros:

I liked the central location to all the attractions. It was a very nice place to just walk around.

Cons:

The only complaint we have is in the room, there was not a room darkening shade. The lights of the wheel were shining in all night.

Hospitality At It’s Best
Pros:

I stayed at Hyatt Place National Harbor for my birthday getaway, and it was an amazing experience from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a beautiful river view. Assistant General Manager Michael and his staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. They truly made us feel at home and went above and beyond to make our stay special. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing Stay
