Best of the best of the best and highly recommended

Everything was incredible I had been in many hotels in this location before this one is way better everyone must try this fabulous place and foods Turkish cuisine was amazing and staff were wonderful and super kind they helped us a lot I recommended to everyone and if come back to Istanbul this is the place that I will definitely accommodate

Incredible hospitality, perfect location, and a wonderful place where we felt right at home!
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful 8-night stay! The staff here are incredible, special thanks to Melek, Guli, Umer and Yusuf. They treat you like family and were so amazing with our kids, even taking them out to entertain them so we could enjoy our meals in peace. We truly became friends during our stay. They even gave us great insider advice on how to visit the authentic local bazars rather than just the usual tourist spots.

On top of the unmatched hospitality, the included breakfast was delicious. Plus, whenever we came by the restaurant throughout the day, they generously provided free bottled water and tea. They also offered us delicious, fresh-squeezed juice at a discounted price, which was incredibly refreshing.

The location is also perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the train stop and 4 minutes to the beautiful seaside.

Szuper elhelyezkedésű szállás, rendkívül kedves személyzettel.
Pros:

Rendkívül kedves és segítőkész személyzet. Korábban értünk oda 1 órával a szállásra, de azonnal elfoglalhattuk a szobát, a hazaindulás napján pedig éjfélkor indult a gépünk, mi még napközben sétálni mentünk, a szállásadó őrizte a csomagunkat az indulásig, sőt még egy kávéra és egy üdítőre is meghívtak a kijelentkezés után.
A szállás pár lépésre van a metró állomástól, amivel a központ könnyen elérhető, gyalog sincs messze semmitől pl a Nagy Bazár kb. 10 perc séta, azonban ezt csak hazafelé ajánlom, ugyanis a szállás egy elég meredek domboldal alján helyezkedik el. 🙂 A tengerparti sétány kb. 4 perc sétára van. Az elhelyezkedése kiemelkedő.
Az ételek finomak voltak, talán kicsit egyhangú volt az étkezés, de ettől függetlenül bőséges és jóízű.

Cons:

Az ételek kissé lehetnénk változatosabbak.

L’emplacement est loin d’être idéal : l’endroit est très bruyant avec de la musique jusqu’à minuit. Des cafés de style bar se trouvent juste à côté et derrière l’hôtel, avec des bouteilles d’alcool partout et une odeur de cigarette très forte qui devient vite insupportable.

Les chambres sont très étroites, mal aérées et peu confortables. Concernant le personnel, à part M. Youssef qui assure le service de nuit et qui était respectueux et professionnel, le personnel de jour est malheureusement désagréable et donne l’impression de ne s’intéresser qu’à l’argent des clients.

Le petit-déjeuner est très décevant : pratiquement uniquement des œufs tous les matins. La cuisinière prépare presque exclusivement des omelettes, sans aucune variété. Il n’y a pas de fruits, et même le jus est en supplément.

Franchement, pour les personnes qui envisagent de réserver en se basant sur les avis positifs, cela ne reflète absolument pas la réalité selon mon expérience. Méfiez-vous avant de réserver. Il existe beaucoup d’hôtels bien plus respectables et confortables dans la même gamme de prix.

En bref, après avoir passé quatre nuits dans un autre hôtel que j’ai beaucoup apprécié, celui-ci a été la pire réservation de ma vie

Чудовий готель, чудовий персонал, завжди привітні, завжди готові допомогти з будь якими питаннями. Готель невеликий, не далеко від центру міста і усіх пам'яток. Біля готелю багато ресторанів, завжди людно і весело. Нам сподобалось перебування в цьому місці.

Cons:

Не часто прибирали, було б добре якщо б забирали сміття з номера кожен день.

Útulný menší hotýlek v docházkové vzdálenosti od hlavních památek s rodinnou atmosférou a srdečným personálem, zejména Youssef a Bugra nám byli ve všem velmi nápomocní. Vždy milí a ochotní. Velmi chutné servírované snídaně i večeře. Součástí snídaně i úžasný čerstvý fresh, vaječné omelety, káva, čaj, sýry, šunka, džem, zelenina,... K večeři i ryby a špízy. Vše vynikající. V pokoji minibar, rychlovarná konvice, fén, sprchový gel a šampon. Přes hotel jsme si nakonec objednali i celodenní výlet s průvodkyní po památkách i s lodním výletem po Bosporu a obědem (za 90 EUR na osobu) a také taxi na letiště (za 50 EUR).

Recomand! Personal foarte de treaba iar dl. Bugra, ne-a ajutat cu toate informațiile de care am avut nevoie! In centrul vechii fff aproape de Marele bazar si alte atractii turistice!

Cons:

Mai greu cu parcarile in aceea zona! Noroc ca am gasit pana la urma un loc intr-o parcare contra cost fff aproape de hotel!

La scelta giusta ad Istanbul
Pros:

Da dove partire , un enorme grazie alla meravigliosa famiglia che gestisce la struttura e che ha soddisfatto ogni esigenza da parte nostra. Abbiamo prenotato 2 stanze triple al primo piano (non c’è ascensore) . Colazione turca (salata) abbondante e ben preparata ogni mattina , succhi di melograno appena spremuti eccezionali ! Abbiamo deciso di usufruire del servizio di mezza pensione ed abbiamo fatto bene visti gli oltre 20000 passi giornalieri ! Per cena si ha la possibilità di scegliere tra diversi piatti , buonissimi i kebap ed i pesci presenti in menu, l’acqua è’ compresa nel prezzo. Attenti anche per chi come noi ha una persona celiaca in famiglia e sempre disponibili a soddisfare ogni tipo di richiesta, anche per i bimbi!
L’hotel e’ in una posizione ottima , 20 minuti a pieni dalle principali attrazioni della stupenda Istanbul oppure a 5 minuti di camminata in salita , c’è la linea del tram T1 che ti porta ovunque. Il Grand Bazaar dista 10 minuti a piedi invece. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo . Come conclusione vi posso dire : sé cercate il mega hotel di lusso andate altrove , se cercate invece autenticità, gentilezza, posizione perfetta, colazioni e cene veramente buone in un ambiente familiare il GOLDEN SAIL HOTEL OLD CITY ha tutto questo! Bravi

Ricordatevi di chiedere di rifare le camere. Ma per noi non è una cosa negativa .
