Pros:

The people and the host were incredibly nice, welcoming, and friendly. The restaurant owner and staff were also very kind and made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely amazing! We had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our time here.

Curățenie, amabilitate.
Personalul de la cazare a fost foarte amabil, ne-a ajutat si ne-a sprijinit cu informații utile pentru excursie, ne-a împrumutat cartela lui pentru transportul in comun.
Un turc care e diferit de ceilalți... nu doar pe profit ...omul e foarte parolist si te ajuta cu tot ce ai nevoie.

Достатньо чисто, нормальне співвідношення ціна/якість. Внизу багато ресторанів- зручно, але шумно.

Pros:

Прекрасный отель! Остались только положительные впечатления от проживания. Везде очень чисто и аккуратно, номер комфортный и ухоженный. Отличное расположение — всё необходимое находится рядом, удобно добираться до основных мест города. Отдельно хочется отметить завтрак — очень достойно и сытно.

In summary, it was a terrible experience and a bad decision if you have kids along.
Pros:

It’s 10 minutes walk to grand bazaar and located in old city

Cons:

Oh I have a huge list. We booked three rooms and I faced multiple issues.
- a few items were broken in the room which includes shower head, roof light (which keeps on blinking when turned off at night)
- we were told cleaning will be done every 3 days instead of every day. We had kids with us so we requested on second day to please clean it and they did but that’s the only cleaning they did in our 6 days stay. Even the cleaning they did, they did not change the sheets, did not clean the toilet (stains were there). They did not even empty the full bins in toilet. We thought they might clean up a day or next after that but no cleaning until the end.
- Not just this, they checked our rooms after we left because first night the lady came to us, took to a clean unused room and said this is how the room should be and not how you left it. It’s like living in a shared place with strict owner.
- There were 3 families and first day one of us had to go early so went downstairs for breakfast. They said they will only serve breakfast if all families are there otherwise no breakfast for us :) after debating 15 minutes that we have a dentist appointment and please serve us food today, they allowed us to eat without the rest of the family.
- They have a single iron in whole hotel, if you need it, wait for your turn 🫠
- Building it self was disappointing because downstairs it was a full time restaurant with around 9 rooms in whole hotel if I am not counting wrong (three small bedrooms on each floor)
- Staff (2 ladies and 2 men in total) will treat you nice when in good mood otherwise they’ll make you feel like they are doing a favour by letting you stay here.
- thin walls so not comfortable in terms of sound.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff were truly one of the highlights of our experience.

Everyone was welcoming, friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. We especially appreciated the warm welcome every morning at breakfast and the attentive service throughout our stay.

The staff made us feel comfortable and well taken care of, and their kindness really made a difference.

Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. A special thank you to the entire team for their excellent service!

Breakfast and breakfast staff was very nice,specially Malic was wonderfull,she helped us in all aspects,owner was a good lady...front desk guy yousaf was worst person,he always wants to make money by misguiding you,so that you arrange your activities by him

Cons:

No elevator in hotel,you have to take you luggagae upstairs by yourself,instead of room shown in picture,they gave us a room with no window.

Jedyną zaletą hotelu jest jego położenie w rozsądnej odległości od głównych atrakcji miasta oraz licznych restauracji.

Cons:

Hotel swoje lata świetlności ma dawno za sobą. W hotelu brudno zarówno w pokojach jak i na korytarzu, który jest traktowany jako magazyn. Często w korytarzu zalegały śmieci czy brudna pościel z pokoi, które później leżały tam kilka godzin. Pokój mały i mało praktyczny - generalnie brudny i zniszczony. Okno było zepsute i nie można było go zamknąć co utrudniało sen w nocy, ponieważ hałas z okolicznych restauracji był uciążliwy. Zasłony i firanki były tak brudne, że po ich poruszeniu człowiek był cały w kurzu. Ściany tak cienkie, że było słychać rozmowy z przylegającego pokoju. Toaleta masakra, wiecznie odpadająca klapa od toalety, odplatające mocowanie do prysznica, zatkany odpływ i coś co całkowicie było obrzydliwe - karaluchy. Byliśmy tam 7 dni i tylko raz zmieniono nam pościel, wymieniono ręczniki i po łepkach posprzątano w pokoju. W hotelu mieliśmy wykupione śniadania i przez 7 dni każdego dnia był serwowany taki sam zestaw dla dwóch osób: 4 małe plasterki sera żółtego, taka sama ilość wędliny ukrojonej tak cienko,że widać było bułkę na której leżała, mała miseczka miodu, oliwek i marmolady oraz dwie max 3 malutkie kostki białego sera. Każdego dnia był serwowany omlet. Generalnie bardzo złe i monotonne śniadania. Podsumowując, nie mam pojęcia skąd hotel ma tak dobre opinie...
