To ensure safety, the hot springs, outdoor terrace, and hot spring jacuzzis in Deluxe Rooms will be unavailable from March 23rd to 26th, 2026.
(From the following day, March 27th, all facilities will be available for use as usual.)Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to please. Everyone we encountered was well trained, polite and professional. Great food selection and the generous inclusion of drinks, ice cream, popcorn and ramen were a very nice and appreciated bonus.

Cons:

The room was a little small and one side of the double bed was against the wall.

Perfect location close to main shopping street and monorail. Staff were excellent with a good variety breakfast, all day free beer, soda, tea and coffee and alcohol, which was a pleasant surprise... also every evening free Ramen which was amazing. Also little local events happening everyday at the hotel..
This was a fantastic hotel, price was amazingly cheap for all the amenities that it provided. I would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone who visits here. If I had any gripes it was the room was very very small but this was the 3rd hotel we stayed in japan and everyone has been the same size.

こじんまりとはしているが、綺麗なホテルです。国際通りからも近いため、ありです
Pros:

いろいろなものが充実している、また朝からアルコールが飲めたり、夜はラーメンが食べれたりと嬉しい時間がありした。毎日○○作りみたいなのをやっているので面白いと思います

ベビーサークルがベットとあっておらずぐらぐらで結局使用できなかった

This hotel made me really want to end my trip and leave as soon as possible.
Pros:

晚上的拉麵口味還可以, 來不及吃飯的很方便. 有冰淇淋幾乎整天都可以吃雖然沒有多好吃但是小孩吃不出來
便宜的酒以及飲料可能是大家喜歡這家飯店的原因, 有游泳池及溫泉, 只是都很小, 比較適合小孩玩

不太理解為何評價很高, 非常多人推薦, 這家飯店的房間非常小, 還有小蟑螂的陪伴, 非常噁心, 我們住三人房,其中的第三張床很糟很像是病床或是行軍床,放上了床墊,兩邊的鐵架也就比床墊低個幾公分.即使合併床鋪中間也是會睡到那一條鐵架.
由於房間太小只有一個行李架, 大部分的行李跟採買的東西還是得放在地上, 即使行李箱總是關起來,也真不知道會不會帶個幾隻小蟑螂回國…….
早餐真是糟透了, 真的想住看看這家就不要訂早餐, 漢堡的荷包蛋可能是微波的半熟蛋, 表皮一層膜裡面連帶蛋白也半熟, 連白飯都能煮的一堆像是隔夜飯一樣真是很恐怖. 唯獨可以吃的就是包裝好的海苔了, 正頓早餐能找到蛋白質的就是那個噁心的荷包蛋還有跟秋葵涼拌的毛豆了. 熟食都很難吃; 小孩第一天早上拿了一組握壽司,鮭魚握壽司吃一口就吐出來了, 小孩說味道很噁心
咖啡非常的難喝, 即使有手沖壺也無濟於事, 需要咖啡因的可以去電車站附近的7-11買即可好喝多了, 的其他便宜的酒水食材跟含糖飲料就不用多提了

It was great.
Pros:

Space, location, facilities, staf. Espacially Hina at the reception. She checked us in and answered a few questions we had about some tours. She also wrote a little message that was in the bag of towels with a suggesties for our daytrip. We would love to stay again.
