günstiger Preis

Cons:

trotz Nichtraucherschilder in der Wohnung, hat die gesamte Wohnung nach Zigarettenrauch gestunken
bei geöffneten Fenster kamen sämtliche Gerüche vom Hof rein, sehr hellhörig im Haus und auch die Geräusche von außen;
die Wohnung ist renovierungsbedürftig: Boden sehr abgenutzt, Wände stark verschmutzt
