Great location
I have a massive wound on my leg. Every night I shower, clean the wound and re-dress, bandage the wound so I go to bed as clean as possible. This would stretches from my knee all the down to the sole of my foot.
Sometimes the wound will leak. Unfortunately this will leave the bed marked. I stay in a lot of hotels and have never been asked to pay a laundry fee. Here they asked me to pay a laundry fee ($5AUD) for a stain the size of a 50c piece.
Up to this point I would have left a nice review. The sheets are white (and only the base sheet was affected) bleach, got water and it would be gone and felt it was just a scam. They couldn't wait to get up to the room to see what they could find.
Also if you want to use their electric scooters, they'll take your passport off you. From my understanding that is illegal as they already have your passport documents scanned

Moldy bathroom. Smelly room. Leaking bidet. Bathroom floor always wet. Room walls dirty. Definitely do not recommend at all. Please stay somewhere else.

2 blocks from the beach. Has rooftop pool. Room was nice and clean. Had 2 Circle K's connected to the hotel so they were a blessing for those late nights. Sat across the streets at night played cards, smoked cigars, drank alcohol, and beers. The corner coffee shop was really friendly as well and we gave them some candy and a couple 2 dollar USD as a way to thank them for letting us sit there and not buy anything.
Slow drain in the shower. Had to shower quick so that the drain didn't catch up and overflowed my flip flops. No microwave. No in room safe.
Could not get response from “the song” booked last minute. Great location. Cool Vietnamese area in Vietnamese tourist beach town
